Description
・曲線1は吸湿性無機塩なしのPMMAフィルムの透過曲線を示し;
・曲線2及び2’は例1に記載したものに従って調製されたフィルムのそれぞれ時間0又は23時間空気暴露後における透過曲線を示す。ほぼ完全に重なっている2つの曲線を区別するために、時間0における試験についての点を示すためには○を用い、23時間後の試験については×を用いた;
・曲線3は例2に記載したものに従って調製されたフィルム、即ち完全には溶解していない過塩素酸マグネシウムを含むPMMAフィルムの透過曲線を示す。
Claims (8)
- ポリマーマトリックス及び吸湿性無機塩を含むH2O除去用複合収着剤の製造方法であって、
前記吸湿性無機塩を該無機塩用溶剤となるポリマー前駆体中又は少なくともポリマーとポリマー前駆体との混合物中に溶解させること、並びに
前記吸湿性無機塩がアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属過ハロゲン酸塩、アルカリ金属水酸化物、及びアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物並びにそれらの混合物の群から選択されること
を特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 前記吸湿性無機塩がアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属過ハロゲン酸塩及びアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収着剤がポリマーと溶解した吸湿性無機塩とを含む溶液から溶剤を蒸発させることによって製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
