Description
Claims (6)
- 燃料噴射器(32)用の制御システムであって、
少なくとも1つのオリフィス(80)を有するノズル部材(56)と、
基端と先端とを有するニードルチェック弁(58)であって、少なくとも1つのオリフィスを開閉するためにノズル部材内に往復運動するように配置されるニードルチェック弁(58)と、
ニードルチェック弁の基端に配置された制御室(106)と、
選択的に制御室から流体を排出しかつ制御室に流体を充填するように可動な制御弁(120)と、
噴射器本体(52)と、
噴射器本体内に配置され、かつ制御弁を移動させるために制御弁に動作可能に接続された第2のピストン(118)と、
接続室(123)を形成するように第2のピストンからある距離をもって噴射器本体内に配置された第1のピストン(116)と、
接続室に選択的に燃料を補給するために接続室と関連する部分球チェック弁(119)であって、平坦な上面により切断された球状部分を有する部分球チェック弁(119)、
を備え、
部分球チェック弁は、燃料の一方向の流れのみを許容し、
部分球チェック弁は、第2のピストンの燃料通路(130)内に配置されたガイド要素(138)を含み、
燃料通路が制御室と選択的に連通する制御システム。 - 第1のピストンを移動させるために機械的に接続された圧電装置(59)をさらに含み、圧電装置の伸長により、第1のピストンが移動して接続室を加圧し、制御室から流体を排出する第2のピストンの移動が生じる請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 部分球チェック弁が、燃料通路を介した接続室からの燃料の流れを選択的に遮断するように構成される請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 部分球チェック弁は、燃料圧力および重力のみによって作動する請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- エンジン(10)の燃焼室(22)内に燃料を噴射する方法であって、
燃料噴射器の動作中、加圧燃料を燃料噴射器(32)の先端(64)に常に導くステップと、
燃料噴射器の動作中、加圧燃料を燃料噴射器の制御室(106)に常に導くステップと、
燃料噴射器の接続室(123)の容積を減少させて、接続室内の燃料を加圧するステップであって、接続室内の燃料の加圧により、制御室内の圧力の減少が生じ、それに続いて、燃焼室内へ燃料が噴射されるステップと、
燃料を制御室から接続室に導くステップと、
平坦な上面により切断された球状部分を有する部分球チェック弁(119)により制御室と接続室との間の通路(130)を選択的に遮断するステップであって、部分球チェック弁は、燃料の一方向の流れのみを許容し、また、部分球チェック弁は、第2のピストンの燃料通路(130)内に配置されたガイド要素(138)を含んでいるステップと、
通路の軸方向に沿って部分球チェック弁の移動を案内するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 燃焼エンジン(10)であって、
少なくとも1つのシリンダ(16)と、
燃焼室(22)を形成するために少なくとも1つのシリンダと関連するピストン(18)と、
高圧燃料源(30)と、
燃料を燃焼室内に選択的に噴霧するように構成された請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射器用の制御システムと、
を備える燃焼エンジン(10)。
