Claims (5)
- 燃料電池スタック(34)の第1の膜電極接合体(52)及び第2の膜電極接合体(52)を電気的に接続させることができる燃料電池スタック(34)用のインターコネクタ構造体(10)であって、
前記膜電極接合体(52)の各々は、アノード(12)及びカソード(16)と、前記アノード(12)と前記カソード(16)との間に挟まれた電解質(14)と、を備え、
前記インターコネクタ構造体(10)は、上側ハウジング部分(22)と下側ハウジング部分(26)とを備え、
前記上側ハウジング部分(22)は、前記第1の膜電極接合体(52)の前記電解質(14)に結合可能とされ、
前記下側ハウジング部分(26)は、前記インターコネクタ構造体(10)の下に配置された前記第2の膜電極接合体(52)の前記カソード(16)に結合可能とされ、
前記インターコネクタ構造体(10)がニッケル発泡体(28)を備え、前記ニッケル発泡体(28)が、前記インターコネクタ構造体(10)の前記下側ハウジング部分(26)と前記膜電極接合体(52)との間に、前記第1の膜電極接合体(52)のアノード(12)と前記インターコネクタ構造体(10)の前記下側ハウジング部分(26)との間の導電接続を確立するために配置され、
前記燃料電池スタック(34)のさらなる構成要素にも使用されるフェライト・クロム鋼(18)またはフェライト鋼が、前記ニッケル発泡体(28)内に埋め込まれ、
前記フェライト・クロム鋼または前記フェライト鋼が、少なくとも1本のワイヤ(18)の形態で前記ニッケル発泡体(28)内に埋め込まれ、
前記ワイヤ(18)が上部側および底部側で平らに圧延され、平らに圧延された前記ワイヤ(18)の表面部分がそれぞれ前記ハウジング部分(26)と前記第1の膜電極接合体(52)とに接触するように、前記ワイヤ(18)が前記ニッケル発泡体(28)内に配置されることを特徴とするインターコネクタ構造体(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のインターコネクタ構造体(10)と、前記インターコネクタ構造体(10)に導電接続する膜電極接合体(52)とを有する反復ユニット。
- 請求項2に記載の反復ユニットを複数有している燃料電池スタック(34)。
- 安定化されたニッケル発泡体(28)を備える燃料電池スタック(34)用のコンタクト構成を製造するための方法であって、
前記ニッケル発泡体(28)が、上側ハウジング部分(22)及び下側ハウジング部分(26)を備えたインターコネクタ構造体(10)の前記下側ハウジング部分(26)と、膜電極接合体(52)の前記下側ハウジング部分(26)に面しているアノード(12)との間に受容される方法において、
ニッケル発泡体ストリング(38)を製造するステップと、
前記燃料電池スタック(34)のさらなる構成要素にも使用されるフェライト・クロム鋼またはフェライト鋼を、少なくとも1本のワイヤ(18)の形態で前記ニッケル発泡体ストリング(38)内に圧延埋入して前記ニッケル発泡体(28)を製造するステップであって、前記ワイヤ(18)は上部側および底部側で平らに圧延され、平らに圧延された前記ワイヤ(18)の表面部分はそれぞれ前記下側ハウジング部分(26)と前記膜電極接合体(52)の前記アノード(12)とに接触するように、前記ワイヤ(18)が前記ニッケル発泡体ストリング(38)内に配置されているステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ニッケル発泡体ストリング(38)を切断し、複数の前記ニッケル発泡体(28)を得ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
