Claims (7)
- 合成材料から成るハウジング(4)を有するボールバルブであって,
合成材料で覆われる支持構造体(3)が配置され,貫通開口(5)を有するバルブボール(2)が開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で回転することができるように取り付けられ,
該支持構造体(3)は,該バルブボール(2)を受け取る2つの向かい合った支持リング(10a,10b)と,該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)を接続する接続部材(11)と,から成り,
該支持構造体(3)は,該バルブボール(2)を該ハウジング(4)の合成材料から完全に分離し,
該支持構造体(3)は,該ハウジング(4)とは異なる合成材料により射出成形されたものであり,
該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)は,該接続部材(11)により接続されたものであり,
該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)が互いに間隔(a)を置いて配置されるように,ベアリング面(11c)が該接続部材(11)に配置され,ベアリング面(10h)が該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)に配置され,該バルブボール(2)と該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)との間に小間隙(14)が設けられており,
該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)は,スリーブ状の該接続部材(11)に挿入され,それぞれ,保持部品(15a,15b)により挿入位置において保持されたものであり,
該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)と該接続部材(11)との間の接触領域は,シール又は接着されたものである,
ボールバルブ。 - 前記2つの支持リング(10a,10b)は,前記接続部材(11)の反対端から挿入され,該2つの支持リング(10a,10b)は,階段様突起(10g)に,該接続部材(11)の階段様伸長(11b)に形成されるベアリング面(11c)に対して位置するベアリング面(10h)を形成することを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載のボールバルブ。 - 前記保持部品(15a,15b)は,長肢(15c)と短肢(15d)とを有するU字型クランプとして形成され,該長肢(15c)は,前記2つの支持リング(10a,10b)と接触し,該短肢(15d)は,前記接続部材(11)に支持されることを特徴とする,
請求項1又は2に記載のボールバルブ。 - 前記環状保持部品(15a,15b)が2つの部品で形成され,ヒンジを介して開放可能であり,ラッチ接続を介して閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする,
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のボールバルブ。 - 前記ハウジング(4)は,熱可塑性合成材料から射出成形され,前記2つの支持リング(10a,10b),前記接続部材(11)及び前記保持部品(15a,15b)から成る前記支持構造体(3)は,耐熱性・高性能エンジニアリング合成材料から射出成形され,該ハウジング(2)に接続される表面は,接着層としての接着剤(18)でコーティングされ,前記媒体に接続される該支持構造体(3)の表面は,媒体耐性保護層(17)でコーティングされることを特徴とする,
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のボールバルブ。 - 前記バルブボール(2)は,支持部材(2c)及びカバー層(2d)から成る複合部品の形で製造され,該カバー層(2d)は,該支持部材(2c)を完全に取り囲み,該支持部材(2c)は,熱耐性・高性能エンジニアリング合成材料から製造され,該カバー層(2d)は,媒体耐性合成材料から製造されることを特徴とする,
請求項5に記載のボールバルブ。 - シール部材(9)が前記バルブボール(2)と前記2つの支持リング(10a,10b)との間に配置されることを特徴とする,
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のボールバルブ。
