ンクリートミックスの設計と、ウオッシュアウト防止性の試験手順を用いて、コンクリートミックスを作製した。

Claims (7)
- 水和型セメント質結合剤と、
(a)前記セメント質結合剤の乾燥重量基準で0.01から1.00パーセントの量で存在する、四級アミンと三級アミンからなる群から選択される複数の窒素含有部分を含有する少なくとも1つのポリカチオン性ポリマー;
(b)量が前記セメント質結合剤の乾燥重量基準で0.005から0.5パーセントである、(i)ポリサッカライド;(ii)ヘテロポリサッカライドガム;(iii)合成水溶性ポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの有機粘度変成剤;および
(c)量が前記セメント質結合剤の乾燥重量基準で0から5.0%パーセントである、水への暴露時に膨潤するように働く無機粘度変成剤
を合体することを含んでなる、水和型セメント質組成物においてウオッシュアウト防止性をもたらして、水への暴露時にセメント質組成物中の材料を実質的に失わせないための方法。 - 前記導入段階において、前記ポリカチオン性ポリマーがポリ四級アンモニウムポリマーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導入段階において、前記有機粘度変成剤がウエランガム、ジウタンガム、グアーガム、アラビアガム、ジュランガム、ランザンガム、およびキサンタンガムからなる群から選択されるヘテロポリサッカライドである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導入段階において、前記無機粘度変成剤がベントナイト粘土であり、前記ベントナイトの量がセメント質結合剤の乾燥重量基準で少なくとも0.05から5.0%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント粒子を分散するように働くポリオキシアルキレンペンダント基を有することを特徴とするポリカルボキシレートポリマーを前記水和型セメント質結合剤に導入することを更に含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導入段階において、前記成分(a)のポリカチオン性ポリマーと前記ポリカルボキシレートポリマーが前記水和型セメント結合剤に液体の形で導入され;ならびに前記成分(b)の少なくとも1つの有機粘度変成剤と前記成分(c)の無機粘度変成剤が前記水和型セメント結合剤に粉末として導入される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により得られるセメント質構造物。
