図2に、本発明のさらなる実施の形態に係わる防火システム100の模式的なフロー図を示す。図2に示すシステムでは、排気2を、凝縮装置19により、水20と乾燥した窒素の豊富な(酸素の少ない)空気202とに分離する。ここでが、乾燥した窒素の豊富な空気202のみが不活性保護ガスとして作用し、ライン16を介して防火対象の部屋へ供給される。
Claims (18)
- 部屋(25)における火災の危険を低減する防火システムであって、
該防火システム(100)は、
窒素の豊富なカソード排気を生成する燃料電池(1)と、
前記窒素の豊富なカソード排気を、火災の危険を低減する対象である前記部屋(25)に供給して、該部屋(25)の酸素含有量を低減させて、前記部屋(25)の火災の危険を低下させるための配管システム(16)と、
前記配管システムの排気の酸素含有量、及び前記配管システムの排気の水分含有量を含む群から選択した物理パラメータを測定する第1の測定部(401,403)と、
前記燃料電池のカソードのラムダ値を変更することによって前記部屋(25)の中の前記酸素含有量を調整する調節制御部(23)と、
前記第1の測定部によって測定された物理パラメータを前記調節制御部(23)に送信するデータラインと、
前記部屋(25)の酸素含有量をさらに低下させるための供給ライン(15)であって、前記部屋(25)から前記燃料電池(1)のカソードに空気供給(9)を行う供給用ライン(15)と、を含み、
前記調節制御部(23)は、測定された物理パラメータに基づいて前記燃料電池(1)の前記カソードへの空気供給(9)の制御または調整も行うように構成された、防火システム。 - 前記調節制御部(23)は、前記燃料電池(1)の前記カソードへの空気供給(9)、および前記部屋(25)の中への前記窒素の豊富なカソード排気を供給、のうちの少なくとも一つを制御または調節するように構成された、請求項1記載の防火システム(100)。
- さらに、前記部屋(25)の中の酸素含有量、前記部屋の中の水分含有量、前記部屋(25)の中の温度、前記部屋(25)の中の圧力、前記部屋(25)の中の煙の発生を含む群から選択した少なくとも一つの物理パラメータを測定する第2の測定部(22)と、
前記第2の測定部(22)によって測定した前記物理パラメータを前記調節制御部(23)に送信するデータライン(26、27、28)と、を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の防火システム(100)。 - さらに、前記第1の測定部は、前記配管システムの排気の二酸化炭素含有量、前記配管システムの排気の一酸化炭素含有量、前記配管システムの排気の窒素酸化物含有量、前記配管システムの排気の体積流量、前記配管システムの排気の温度、前記配管システムの排気の圧力、前記配管システムの排気の水分含有量を含む群から選択された物理パラメータを測定する請求項1から請求項3迄の何れかに記載の防火システム。
- 前記部屋(25)の加圧を調整する圧力解除バルブ(24)と、
前記窒素の豊富なカソード排気を圧縮するコンプレッサ(17、21)と、
前記窒素の豊富なカソード排気を冷却する熱交換器(18)と、
窒素の豊富な空気を前記部屋に供給する前に周囲の空気と混合する混合部と、
前記部屋の温度を調節する空調制御装置と、
前記燃料電池のアノードに燃料を供給する供給ラインに設けられる水素改質装置(406)と、のうちの少なくとも一つをさらに含む、請求項1から請求項4迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)。 - 前記窒素の豊富なカソード排気から水を凝縮する凝縮装置(19)と、
凝縮された水を貯水する貯水槽(20)と、をさらに含む、請求項1から請求項5迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)。 - 前記調節制御部(23)は、さらに、前記熱交換器(18)、前記コンプレッサ(8、14、17、21)、前記圧力解除バルブ(24)、前記空調制御装置、前記混合部、および前記水素改質装置(406)の水の供給のうちの少なくとも一つを制御または調節するように構成された、請求項5に記載の防火システム(100)。
- 前記防火システム(100)に必要な電気および熱エネルギーは、前記燃料電池(1)から直接供給される、請求項1から請求項7迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)。
- 前記燃料電池(1)に接続した第2の燃料電池(602)または空気分離膜をさらに含み、
前記カソード排気の酸素含有量を一層低減する、請求項1から請求項8迄の何れかに記載の防火システム。 - 前記部屋が航空機内の部屋である、請求項1から請求項9迄の何れかに記載の防火システム。
- 航空機内の部屋(25)を防火する、請求項10記載の防火システム(100)の使用。
- 建物内の部屋(25)を防火する、請求項1から請求項9迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)の使用。
- 船舶内の部屋(25)を防火する、請求項1から請求項9迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)の使用。
- スポーツ、医療用途、または品物の保管のための部屋の酸素を減少させるための、請求項1から請求項9迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)の使用。
- 前記カソードの酸素が減少した空気は、前記カソードの酸素が減少した空気を呼吸するための呼吸用マスクまたは空気マスクによって供給される、請求項14記載の使用。
- 航空機の部屋(25)を防火する、請求項1から請求項9迄の何れかに記載の防火システム(100)を含む、航空機。
- 部屋(25)を防火する方法であって、
該方法は、
前記部屋(25)の外部から空気を燃料電池(1)に供給するステップと、
前記燃料電池(1)によって窒素の豊富なカソード排気を生成するステップと、
配管システム(16)を介して前記窒素の豊富なカソード排気を、火災の危険を低減する対象である前記部屋(25)に供給して、前記部屋(25)の酸素含有量を低減し、前記部屋(25)の火災の危険を低下させるステップと、
前記配管システムの排気の酸素含有量と、前記配管システムの排気の水分含有量と、を含む群から選択された物理パラメータを測定するステップと、
調節制御部(23)によって前記燃料電池のカソードのラムダ値を変更することにより前記部屋(25)の中の酸素含有量を調節するステップと、
前記部屋(25)の酸素含有量をさらに低下させるために、前記部屋(25)から前記燃料電池(1)のカソードに空気供給(9)を行うステップと、を含み、
前記調節制御部(23)は、測定された物理パラメータに基づいて前記燃料電池(1)の前記カソードへの空気供給(9)の制御または調節も行うように構成された、方法。 - 前記部屋(25)の中の酸素含有量、前記部屋(25)の中の温度、前記部屋の中の水分含有量、前記部屋(25)の中の圧力、前記部屋(25)の中の燃焼指標の検知を含む群から選択した少なくとも一つの物理パラメータを測定するステップと、
測定した前記物理パラメータを測定部(22)から調節制御部(23)に送信して、前記燃料電池のカソードのラムダ値を制御することによって、前記部屋(25)の酸素含有量を調整するステップと、を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
