Claims (10)
- 放電容器と、
前記放電容器内で対向する位置で互いに面する実質的に平坦な端部を有する2つの電極ロッドと、
前記電極ロッドの少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部上で巻き付けられるワイヤの螺旋コイルと、
を備え、
前記螺旋コイルが、対応する前記電極ロッドの端部を越えて突出し、中空キャビティを形成する第1及び第2の層を備え、
前記中空キャビティが対応する電極ロッドの前記端部を越えて突出する、
高輝度放電ランプを製造する方法であって、
前記第1の層を前記電極ロッドの前記表面に巻き付け、前記第1の層が対応する前記電極ロッドの端部を越えて突出し、中空キャビティを形成するように前記第1の層を位置付けるステップと、
前記第2の層が前記電極ロッドと重なり、前記第2の層が対応する前記電極ロッドの端部を越えて突出し、中空キャビティを形成するように前記第1の層の少なくとも1部分に重ねて前記第2の層を巻き付けるステップと、
前記電極ロッドに巻き付けられた前記第1の層と前記第1の層に巻き付けられた前記第2の層を加圧して、前記螺旋コイルの隣接する巻線間の電気的及び機械的接触を高めるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - シリンダ、内側コア及びリング形可動ピストンを含む加圧モールド内で前記螺旋コイル層及び前記巻線を共に加圧する追加のステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - シリンダ、内側コア及び2つの同心リング形可動ピストンを含む加圧モールド内で前記螺旋コイル層及び前記巻線を共に加圧するステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電極ロッドに放出材料を施工するステップを含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記螺旋コイルの巻線間のスペースに放出材料を施工するステップを含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記放出材料が合金の形態で添加される、
請求項4または5に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の層の間にワイヤの第3の層が巻き付けるステップを含み、
前記第3の層のワイヤの半径が、前記第1及び第2の層のワイヤの半径よりも小さい、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の層のワイヤの半径が実質的に同じであり、
前記電極ロッドが円筒形状である、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記電極ロッドがタングステン又はタングステン合金から作られる、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記電極ロッドの材料が、トリウム、ハフニウム、及びセリウムを含む金属の少なくとも1つの酸化物の1〜3重量%を含む、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
