Description
(1)透明導電膜形成用塗布液が、インジウム、スズ、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び亜鉛から選ばれた1種類以上の金属を含む微粒子が分散されている透明導電膜形成用塗布液であって、該微粒子に、官能基として過酸化物を有する脂肪酸及び官能基として過酸化物を有する脂肪酸エステルから選ばれた1種類以上が吸着していることを特徴とする。
(2)透明導電膜の形成方法が、前記の透明導電膜形成用塗布液を基材に塗布し、乾燥及び焼成して透明導電膜を形成することを特徴とする。
(3)前記透明導電膜の形成方法における焼成が、真空雰囲気、不活性ガス雰囲気、及び還元性ガス雰囲気から選ばれた1種類以上の雰囲気中で行われることを特徴とする。前記焼成を行った後に、さらに酸化性ガス雰囲気中で焼成を行うことを特徴とする。
(4)前記透明導電膜の形成方法における塗布が、インクジェット印刷により行われることを特徴とする。
10Paの圧力下で高周波誘導加熱を用いる蒸発法によりSnを10重量%含むIn−Sn合金微粒子を作製する際に、生成過程のIn−Sn合金微粒子に、市販のオレイン酸メチル(実質的に、官能基として過酸化物を含まないオレイン酸メチル)を接触させた後、冷却捕集して、平均粒子径4nmのIn−Sn合金の微粒子を含む粒子生成液を得た。この粒子生成液とは、前記定義の通りである。
Claims (6)
- インジウム、スズ、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び亜鉛から選ばれた1種類以上の金属を含む微粒子が分散されている透明導電膜形成用塗布液であって、該微粒子に、官能基として過酸化物を有する脂肪酸及び官能基として過酸化物を有する脂肪酸エステルから選ばれた1種類以上が吸着していることを特徴とする透明導電膜形成用塗布液。
- 請求項1に記載の透明導電膜形成用塗布液を基材に塗布し、乾燥及び焼成して透明導電膜を形成することを特徴とする透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記焼成を、真空雰囲気、不活性ガス雰囲気、及び還元性ガス雰囲気から選ばれた1種類以上の雰囲気中で行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記焼成を、真空雰囲気、不活性ガス雰囲気、及び還元性ガス雰囲気から選ばれた1種類以上の雰囲気中で行った後に、さらに酸化性ガス雰囲気中で焼成を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 前記塗布が、インクジェット印刷により行われることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の透明導電膜の形成方法。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の形成方法により形成された透明導電膜からなることを特徴とする透明電極。
