Claims (5)
- バルク材の空気輸送装置であって、この空気輸送装置は、供給装置(8)、機械式コンベヤー(9)を有する縦送りコンベヤー(1)、機械式コンベヤー(9)用ギアードモータ(7)、縦送りコンベヤー(1)の別な端部にそれぞれ設けられた圧縮ガス入口ライン(11)および圧縮ガス出口ライン(10)、並びに、圧縮ガス出口ライン(10)の後方の、バルク材または圧縮ガス(17)用輸送ライン(19)であって、このバルク材または圧縮ガス(17)用輸送ライン(19)に対して、バイパスライン(12)を介して、前記圧縮ガスを導入可能である、バルク材または圧縮ガス(17)用輸送ライン(19)を含む装置において、
機械式コンベヤー(9)が、縦送りコンベヤー(1)内に壁に沿って回転するように設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置を用いてバルク材を空気輸送する方法であって、バルク材が供給装置(8)により縦送りコンベヤー(1)に計量供給され、その後、バルク材が輸送ライン(19)を通して縦送りコンベヤー(1)から排出される方法において、
バルク材の縦送りコンベヤー(1)への計量供給は、供給装置(8)によって行われ、縦送りコンベヤー(1)からの排出は、機械式コンベヤー(9)と流入圧縮ガス(17)の同時作用によって達成され、機械式コンベヤー(9)は、排出工程の間に縦送りコンベヤー(1)からの排出が完全に行われるように、縦送りコンベヤー(1)内の壁に沿って回転することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記縦送りコンベヤー(1)への計量供給およびそれからの排出を制御するために、制御装置(36)がさらに使用されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記縦送りコンベヤー(1)への計量供給とそれからの排出が複数回繰り返されるとともに、縦送りコンベヤー(1)への計量供給中、輸送ライン(19)における流量を15〜50m/sに維持するために、追加したバイパスライン(12)を通して圧縮ガス(17)が輸送ライン(19)へ導入されることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 計量供給された量のバルク材が全て沈降することなく完全に受入れ場所に到達するように、バルク材が輸送ライン(19)を移動することを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
