Description
Claims (12)
- 非水性液体にタングステンアルコキシドを供給するステップ;
1種の水性液体、および1種の非水性液体、からなる2種の不混和液と界面活性剤とを含むマイクロエマルションを供給するステップ;
室温で前記タングステンアルコキシドと前記マイクロエマルションとを混合するステップ;
室温で前記タングステンアルコキシドを加水分解させてタングステン含有ナノ粒子を形成するステップ;
洗浄によって前記界面活性剤を除去するステップ;および
前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子を還元して金属タングステンナノ粒子を形成するステップを含むタングステン含有ナノ粒子を製造する方法であって、
前記マイクロエマルションは、前記タングステンアルコキシドを加水分解するのに十分な量の含水成分を含み、前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子の平均粒度が5ナノメートル未満であり、前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子を還元するステップが、少なくとも1容量%の水素の存在下で前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子を500℃に加熱することを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記タングステンアルコキシドを加水分解させた後、高表面積担体成分を前記マイクロエマルションに供給するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロエマルションは逆マイクロエマルションであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記タングステンアルコキシドは、タングステンエトキシド、タングステンイソプロポキシド、タングステンブトキシド、タングステンオキシエトキシド、タングステンオキシプロポキシド、およびタングステンオキシブトキシドからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水相は、ブタノール、シクロヘキサン、ヘキサノール、ヘプタン、イソブチルベンゼン、n−オクタン、イソオクタン、ミリスチン酸イソプロピルおよびヘキサデカンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム、臭化ヘキサデシルトリメチルアンモニウム、ソルビタンエステルのポリオキシエチレン誘導体、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪エーテル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンイソオクチルフェニルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンノニルフェニルエーテル、ポリエトキシ化ヘキサノール、およびペンタエチレングリコールドデシルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体にタングステンアルコキシドを供給するステップ;
1種の水性液体、および1種の非水性液体、からなる2種の不混和液と界面活性剤とを含むマイクロエマルションを供給するステップ;
室温で前記タングステンアルコキドと前記マイクロエマルションとを混合するステップ;
室温で前記タングステンアルコキシドを加水分解させてタングステン含有ナノ粒子を形成するステップ;
洗浄によって前記界面活性剤を除去するステップ;および
前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子を酸化して結晶化酸化タングステンナノ粒子を形成するステップを含むタングステン含有ナノ粒子を製造する方法であって、
前記マイクロエマルションは、前記タングステンアルコキシドを加水分解するのに十分な量の含水成分を含み、前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子の平均粒度が5ナノメートル未満であり、前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子を酸化するステップが、酸素含有雰囲気中で前記タングステン含有ナノ粒子を400℃以上に加熱することを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記タングステン含有成分を加水分解させた後、高表面積担体成分を前記マイクロエマルションに供給するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロエマルションは逆マイクロエマルションであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記タングステンアルコキシドは、タングステンエトキシド、タングステンイソプロポキシド、タングステンブトキシド、タングステンオキシエトキシド、タングステンオキシプロポキシド、およびタングステンオキシブトキシドからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記非水相は、ブタノール、シクロヘキサン、ヘキサノール、ヘプタン、イソブチルベンゼン、n−オクタン、イソオクタン、ミリスチン酸イソプロピルおよびヘキサデカンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム、臭化ヘキサデシルトリメチルアンモニウム、ソルビタンエステルのポリオキシエチレン誘導体、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪エーテル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンイソオクチルフェニルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンノニルフェニルエーテル、ポリエトキシ化ヘキサノール、およびペンタエチレングリコールドデシルエーテルからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
