(E)ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコールから選択される少なくとも1種以上の水溶性皮膜形成剤
を含有し、成分(A)と成分(B)との固形分換算での質量比率が、(A):(B)=3:1〜1:3であり、且つ成分(D)の配合量が化粧料総量に対して0.1〜4.0質量%であることを特徴とする水中油型睫用化粧料。 The following components (A) to (E);
