Claims (7)
- 車台における2つの部品(2,3)を接続するための締結要素(1)であって、
上記締結要素は中心軸(4)を有し、その中心軸上に、減衰材料からなる少なくとも2つの支持要素(5、6、7、8)が、軸方向に互いに離れて配置されており、
接続されるべき上記2つの部品(2,3)は、上記締結要素(1)によって、上記軸(4)の2つの異なる軸方向位置に保持され、
上記支持要素(5、6、7、8)の少なくとも1つが、2つの異なる材料の少なくとも2つの異なるコンポーネント(9、10)からなり、
第1の上記コンポーネント(10)は、第2の上記コンポーネント(9)よりも大きい硬度を有する、弾性のある減衰材料からなり、
第2の上記コンポーネント(9)も同様に、弾性のある減衰材料からなり、
第1および第2の上記コンポーネント(9、10)は、上記軸(4)の周りに同心状に配置されるとともに軸方向に互いに隣接しており、
第1の上記コンポーネント(10)の1つは、ポリウレタンからなり、
第2の上記コンポーネント(9)の1つは、ゴム系またはシリコーン系の材料からなり、
より大きい硬度を有する第1の上記コンポーネント(10)は、上記接続されるべき部品(2、3)と接触し、より小さい硬度を有する第2の上記コンポーネント(9)は、上記接続されるべき部品(2、3)から離れており、

上記支持要素(5、6、7、8)の上記2つのコンポーネント(9、10)は、上記2つのコンポーネントの射出成形のプロセスによって生成されていることを特徴とする締結要素。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1つに記載の締結要素において、
上記コンポーネント(10)の1つは、第2の上記コンポーネント(9)のための、円筒形状の心出し面(22)を有していることを特徴とする締結要素。 - 請求項4に記載の締結要素において、
少なくともいくつかの断面においてスリーブ形状である上記コンポーネント(12、13)は、上記コンポーネント(9、10)のうちの少なくとも1つを連結して取り付けるためのアンダーカット(15)を有していることを特徴とする締結要素。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか1つに記載の締結要素において、
上記ガイド面(16、17)は半径方向の断面において円錐形であることを特徴とする締結要素。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか1つに記載の締結要素において、
上記ガイド面(16、17)は、上記支持要素(5、6、7、8)の軸方向の突出部(18、19)に配置されていることを特徴とする締結要素。
