Claims (10)
- 公称パイプサイズ番号Nの流管フランジ間に接続できる渦流量計であって、
公称パイプサイズ番号Nの上流側と下流側の流管フランジ部(162,164)と、Aが整数の1か2である(N−A)の公称パイプサイズ番号をもつ孔部(92,102)と、それら流管フランジ部と孔部とを連結する拡径部(90,100)とを有する一体形流管(150,152)と、
複数の前記公称パイプサイズ番号の前記孔部をもつ一体形流管の標準センサインタフェース部(156,158)に嵌挿できる形状の渦流センサ構成体(174,222)とからなり、
前記一体形流管がシームレスの一体鋳造成形体で形成されている渦流量計。 - さらに、前記一体鋳造成形体の一部として、多数の開孔が設けられたプレートで構成された流量調整器を含む請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 前記プレートは、前記多数の開孔の周囲に流線型状の縁部を備える請求項2記載の渦流量計。
- さらに、前記一体鋳造成形体の一部として、流線形状の縁部をもつベーンで構成された流量調整器を含む請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- さらに、前記拡径部および前記フランジ部を取り付けて測定した流量測定値を使った校正値を格納する手段を備える請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 公称パイプサイズ番号Nの流管フランジ間に接続できる渦流量計であって、
公称パイプサイズ番号Nの上流側と下流側の流管フランジ部(162,164)と、Aが整数の1か2である(N−A)の公称パイプサイズ番号をもつ孔部(92,102)と、それら流管フランジ部と孔部とを連結する拡径部(90,100)とを有する一体形流管(150,152)と、
複数の前記公称パイプサイズ番号の前記孔部をもつ一体形流管の標準センサインタフェース部(156,158)に嵌挿できる形状の渦流センサ構成体(174,222)とからなり、
上流側の前記流管フランジ部内の開口を横切って設けられた公称パイプサイズ番号がNである流量調整器とからなる渦流量計。 - 前記流量調整器は、多数の開孔が設けられたプレートからなる請求項6記載の渦流量計。
- 前記プレートは、前記多数の開孔の周囲に流線型状の縁部を備える請求項6記載の渦流量計。
- 前記流量調整器は、流線形状の縁部をもつベーンを含む請求項6記載の渦流量計。
- さらに、前記拡径部および前記フランジ部を取り付けて測定した流量測定値を使った校正値を格納する手段を備える請求項6記載の渦流量計。
