Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念部記載の圧接接続部及び2つの構成部分を接続するための方法から出発する。
これに対して、独立請求項の特徴部を備えた本発明に係る圧接接続部、及び2つの構成部分を接続するための本発明に係る方法は、少なくとも1つの圧接エレメント(Schneid−Klemm−Element)が押込み方向に対する横方向の平面において移動可能に配置されている、という利点を有している。これにより、第1の圧接エレメントの挿入時に第2の圧接エレメントを、両圧接エレメントが接合方向に沿った直線上に正確に配置されているように位置決めすることができる。接合方向に対する横方向での1つの圧接エレメントの移動に基づき、両圧接エレメントの傾動は互いに防がれる。この構成では、可動な構成ではあるが確実な電気的な大電流接続を保証している。この種の圧接接続部37が引張り負荷軽減部を形成する。引張り負荷軽減部にも大きな温度変動及び長い寿命にもわたって、構成部分における圧接エレメントの取付けを確実に保護する。
Claims (7)
- 第1の構成部分(52)に取り付けられている第1の圧接エレメント(15)と、第2の構成部分(54)に取り付けられている第2の圧接エレメント(22)との圧接接続部(37)であって、第1及び第2の圧接エレメント(15,22)のうち少なくとも第1の圧接エレメント(15)が、該圧接エレメント(15)の長手方向延在の方向に少なくとも1つの曲げ個所(10)の形成により変形可能であり、第1及び第2の圧接エレメント(15,22)が接合方向(50)において互いに押込み可能である、圧接接続部(37)において、
第1及び第2の圧接エレメント(15,22)が接合方向に沿った直線上に配置されるように、第1及び第2の圧接エレメントを互いに位置決めするために、第1の圧接エレメント(15)は、第1の圧接エレメント(15)が曲げ個所(10)を介して接合方向(50)に対する横方向の平面(49)において移動可能に配置されているように、第1の構成部分(52)に取り付けられており、
第1の圧接エレメント(15)が、対応エレメントとして形成されている第2の圧接エレメント(22)との接続時の接合力(72)を受容する、互いに相対している少なくとも2つ支持ショルダ(17)を有しており、
前記支持ショルダ(17)は、電気的に非伝導性の支承通路(12)の縁部において、前記横方向の平面(49)において移動可能に支持されることを特徴とする、圧接接続部。 - 少なくとも1つの圧接エレメント(15,22)が薄板打抜き部分(42)として形成されている、請求項1記載の圧接接続部。
- 曲げ個所(10)がU字ウェブ(11)又はメアンダ形のエレメント(111)として形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の圧接接続部。
- 第1の圧接エレメント(15)が第2の圧接エレメント(22)の2つの脚部(25,26)の間に配置された差込みウェブ(21)のための差込みスリット(18)を有しているか、又は第1の圧接エレメント(15)が第2の圧接エレメント(22)の差込みスリット(18)のための、第1の圧接エレメント(15)の2つの脚部(25,26)の間に配置された差込みウェブ(21)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の圧接接続部。
- 差込みウェブ(21)の両端部が圧接エレメント(15,22)の前記2つの脚部(25,26)に一体に結合されている、請求項4記載の圧接接続部。
- 第1及び第2の圧接エレメント(15,22)が電気的なキャリアプレート(44)に取り付けられており、該キャリアプレート(44)が閉鎖可能なケーシング(53,55)の内側に配置されており、ケーシング(53,55)の内側に当該圧接接続部(37)を形成する、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の圧接接続部。
- 第1及び第2の圧接エレメント(15,22)が電子機器ケーシング(60)と電気モータ(58)との間に配置されており、当該圧接接続部(37)の形成と同時に、電子機器ケーシング(60)と電気モータ(58)との間にプレス嵌合部が形成される、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の圧接接続部。
