Description
この発明は、海老天に花を咲かす調理器具に関するものである。
従来は、海老天に衣が付きにくく散ってしまい花を咲かすのが困難であった。
従来は、海老天に衣を付けようとしても衣が散ってしまう為、なかなか花が咲かず、美味しくボリュームのある海老天ができなかった。また不要な天カスが多く出てしまい、天ぷら粉や油の使用量においても無駄が多かった。
海老の周りの衣が、散ってしまわないように、海老の周りを器具でおおった。
海老と衣が囲まれているため衣の逃げ場がなく、海老天に容易に花を咲かすことができる。また天ぷら粉や油を無駄にしない。
以下、本発明を実施する為の形態について説明する。この調理器具は、海老のはいる部分が上部のない空洞の船形で、船頭部と船尾部が切断されていて、底辺部（１）は船頭方面（２）と船尾方面（３）にかけて若干のせり上がりをみせる。このせり上がりは、底辺部（１）に落ちた衣が、船頭方面（２）と船尾方面（３）の開口部から外部に散らばるのを防止する目的がある。この船形の側面に取っ手（４）が付いた構造である。これを使用するときは、天ぷら粉を付けた海老を油に投入し、浮き上がったところで調理器具に入れ、上から少量の天ぷら粉を、箸等で海老天に垂らせばよい。

Claims (1)
- 上部のない空洞の船形で、船形の頭部と船尾部が切断されていて，底辺部（１）は船形の船頭方面（２）と船尾方面（３）にかけていくらかのせり上がりをみせ、この船形側面に取っ手（４）の付いた調理器具。
