人们炒菜时，盖上锅盖2，手握住球形帽6，摇动摇柄4，带动铲头5在锅内翻转，人们可通过透明的锅盖2观察锅内的情况，可防止锅内的油飞溅出来避免被烫伤手。炒完菜后，拧下球形帽6，将摇柄4上端从锅盖中心圆孔抽出，将铲头清洗干净以备下次再用。
