Description
さらに、補強部材の周部における軸方向の片面側に貫通孔よりも外径が大きい薄肉フランジが形成され、この薄肉フランジと本体部の間に溶接開先部を形成したものでは、薄肉フランジ面の連出基端部分を溶接時に裏当金の機能を持たせるようにしていることから、テーパー導出端部と梁に形成されている貫通孔の内周面との間隔が広く、リング状補強部材のセット時にその間隙寸法を全周にわたって均一にすることが難しいという問題があった。
Claims (2)
- 鋼構造建物の梁材に形成された貫通孔を補強するにあたり、
外周面が40度から50度の傾斜角度を持つリング状補強部材(4)を鋼板から切断により切出し、リング状補強部材(4)の傾斜面(5)を梁材(1)に形成された貫通孔(2)の一方の内周端縁に当接させ、リング状補強部材(4)の大径側周面と梁材(1)のウエブ(3)の表面との間を周方向複数個所で仮止溶接し、梁材(1)のウエブ(3)に仮止固定されているリング状補強部材(4)の傾斜面(5)と貫通孔(2)の内周面との間を片面部分溶け込み溶接により溶接固定することを特徴とする梁貫通孔補強方法。 - リング状補強部材(4)の傾斜面(5)と貫通孔(2)の内周面との間を炭酸ガス半自動溶接で溶着する請求項1に記載した梁貫通孔補強方法。
