FeCl3エッチング液の再活用の工程において発生するFeNi含有スラッジを活用し、諸般変数を変えてステンレス鋼の溶解原料用のFeNi含有ペレットを合成した。
Claims (5)
- Fe、Ni、Clが含まれるスラッジに水酸化カルシウムの投入モル比(水酸化カルシウムの投入モル数/存在するClモル数)が0.5−1.5になるように水酸化カルシウムを投与し、中和する段階と、その後洗浄を行わずに、
前記中和段階で得たスラッジを濾過乾燥し、粉砕する段階と、
前記乾燥粉末100重量部に対して還元剤を5−15重量部混合する段階と、
前記混合粉末100重量部にセメントのバインダを5−15重量部添加し、成形する段階と、前記成形体を養生する段階を含み、製造された製品はCaCl 2 を含むことを特徴とする鉄ニッケル(FeNi)含有スラッジを用いるステンレス鋼の溶解原料の製造方法。 - 前記Fe、Ni、Clが含まれるスラッジは、シャドーマスクの製造工程において発生するエッチング廃液を再活用する工程で発生する2次廃棄物であるFeNi含有スラッジであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄ニッケル(FeNi)含有スラッジを用いるステンレス鋼の溶解原料の製造方法。
- 前記還元剤は炭素、フェロシリコン、アルミニウムのグループから選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄ニッケル(FeNi)含有スラッジを用いるステンレス鋼の溶解原料の製造方法。
- 前記養生は、含水率が10%以下になるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄ニッケル(FeNi)含有スラッジを用いるステンレス鋼の溶解原料の製造方法。
- 前記成形する段階は、混合粉末をペレット化することであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄ニッケル(FeNi)含有スラッジを用いるステンレス鋼の溶解原料の製造方法。
