Description
Claims (13)
- 高圧(P)下にある流体回路(C)用の安全弁(1)であって、前記安全弁が、本体(2)と、閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で前記本体に対して動くことができるピストン(3)と、前記ピストンをパージ温度よりも高い温度状態で前記閉鎖位置から前記パージ位置に動かして前記流体回路を吐出しダクト(16)に連結させるよう働く熱変形可能な要素(5)とを有し、前記ピストンは、前記流体の圧力によって前記本体の受座(7)に圧接され、前記熱変形可能要素(5)は、前記ピストンを前記受座から持ち上げて前記閉鎖位置から前記パージ位置に動くよう前記流体の圧力に抗して働き、前記安全弁は、前記流体の圧力に敏感であると共に前記流体回路の圧力(P)がトリップ圧力に達すると、前記流体回路を前記吐出しダクトに連結するよう構成されている過剰圧力逃がし装置を更に有する、安全弁。
- 前記熱変形可能要素(5)は、形状記憶ペレットである、請求項1記載の安全弁。
- 前記過剰圧力逃がし装置は、過剰圧力通路(181,13)を前記吐出しダクト(16)に向かって開くために前記トリップ圧力で撓むよう構成されたダイヤフラム(22)から成る、請求項1又は2記載の安全弁。
- 前記ピストンは、前記熱変形可能要素(5)の作用を受けるステム(18)に固定されている、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラム(22)は、前記ピストンに取り付けられ、前記過剰圧力通路(181,13)は、前記ピストンの前記ステムに形成されたボア(181)を含む、請求項3又は4記載の安全弁。
- 前記過剰圧力通路は、前記ステムに形成された止まりボア(181)を含み、前記ダイヤフラム(22)は、スキンで形成され、前記スキンの一方の面は、前記ボア(181)の端壁に対応し、前記ダイヤフラムの他方の面は、前記流体の前記圧力(P)を受ける前記ピストン(3)の表面に対応している、請求項3記載の安全弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記ピストンに取り付けられた一部品から成る、請求項3乃至5の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
- 前記吐出しダクト(16)は、前記本体(2)の第1の肩(27)と前記本体にねじ止めされた締め付けリンク(19)との間でしっかり保持されたバンジョー型連結具(20)を有する、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
- 前記吐出しダクト(16)は、バンジョー型連結具を有し、前記本体(2)は、一体物であり且つ前記流体回路にねじ止め可能であり、前記バンジョー型連結具は、前記流体回路(C)と前記本体の第2の肩(28)との間でしっかりと保持されている、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
- 前記ピストン(3)も又、ばね(6;61)の作用により前記受座(7)にしっかりと圧接されている、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
- 前記ばね(61)は、前記本体(2)と前記ピストンの前記ステム(18)との間で働く、請求項10記載の安全弁。
- 前記ピストンは、前記熱変形可能要素(5)の作用を受けるステム(18)に固定され、前記ダイヤフラム(22)は、前記ピストンに取り付けられ、前記過剰圧力通路(181,13)は、前記ピストンの前記ステムに形成されたボア(181)を含み、前記本体(2)、前記ピストン(3)、前記受座(7)、前記ピストンの前記ステム(18)、及び前記ダイヤフラム(22)は、全て、共通軸線回りに回転対称を呈する全体的形状のものである、請求項1乃至3及び6乃至11の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
- 前記ピストン(3)の支承面及び前記受座(7)の支承面は、円錐形支承面であることとする請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の安全弁。
