Claims (12)
- 貯留管(1)を含み、前記貯留管に少なくとも1つの圧縮ガス容器(2)が弁(3)を介して接続されている、圧縮ガスの貯留装置において、前記貯留管(1)が、前記少なくとも1つの圧縮ガス容器(2)を気密に接続するために少なくとも1つの接続部材(4)を有し、前記接続部材(4)内に、フィルタ機能と遮断機能とを持つ安全要素(5)が組み込まれており、
前記安全要素(5)が、前記接続部材(4)内で往復動可能に受容されているフィルタユニット(6)を含み、前記フィルタユニットが、前記圧縮ガス容器(2)とは逆の側のその端部において溶融リング(7)を介して支持され、且つ前記接続部材(4)内に組み込まれている密封座(8)に対し軸線方向に間隔をもって保持されている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記安全要素(5)の前記遮断機能は熱で起動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記溶融リング(7)が金属材料から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮ガス容器(2)を前記貯留管(1)に接続させている前記弁(3)が流量調整弁であり、前記弁(3)と前記安全要素(5)とが直列に接続されて、協働で他の安全要素としての遮断弁を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮ガス容器(2)が、首状の端部部分(2.1)を介して前記接続部材(4)上に直接に、または、スイベルナットの補助のもとに間接的に螺着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮ガス容器(2)が、他の首状の端部部分(2.2)の領域に、密閉体(9)を有し、前記密閉体内に前記安全要素(5)とは異なる構造を有する少なくとも1つの他の安全要素が組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの他の安全要素が、破壊ディスク(11)を組み込んだ脱気弁(10)、および/または、温度制限弁(12)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記貯留管(1)内に、外部から手動で操作可能な少なくとも1つの遮断要素(13)が遮断ねじの形態で組み込まれ、さらに、前記遮断要素(13)の数量が前記圧縮ガス容器(2)の数量に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮ガスは、水素または天然ガスであることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記金属材料は、ビスマスをベースにした金属合金であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記金属材料の融点が300℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備える車両。
