Description
−少なくとも一つの中心素子が提供されている事実のために、磁性粒子の均一化及び溶液からの磁性粒子の分離を、とりわけ以下に記載の通り、容易に可能とする。
−当該装置は、「閉鎖」系("closed system")における使用を可能とする。この点で、このことは、本発明の好ましい態様を意味している。
−液体に直接浸漬させ、それゆえに汚染の原因となる他の手段(例えば、棒磁石)は何ら必要としない。
−多くの応用において、磁性粒子の極めて迅速かつ簡便な均一化がもたらされる。
−さらに、磁性粒子の迅速な分離が通常可能である。
−当該装置の単純な構造に加え、同時に、消費される技術上の費用が通常極めて低い。
a)液体中に磁性粒子を分布させ、続いて、
b)該磁性粒子を少なくとも一つの中心素子上に蓄積させる、
工程を有する磁性粒子を用いて液体を処理する方法に関する。

Claims (5)
- 注入口及び排出口を有する容器と、液体中に配置される複数の磁性粒子と、液体中に配置され、かつ棒、ダンベル又は楕円の形状に構成された、少なくとも一つの磁性及び/又は磁化可能な中心素子とを含む、磁性粒子を用いた液体の処理に用いるための装置であって、前記磁性粒子の平均直径d1に対する前記少なくとも一つの中心素子の最長の直径d2の比が、少なくともd2(mm)≧15×d1(mm)である、装置。
- 前記磁性粒子の平均体積V1に対する前記少なくとも一つの中心素子の体積V2の比が、V2(mm3)≧10×V1(mm3)である請求項1に記載の装置。
- a)液体中に複数の磁性粒子を分布させること、
b)続いて、該磁性粒子を少なくとも一つの磁性及び/又は磁化可能な
中心素子上に蓄積させること、
を含む、磁性粒子を用いて液体を処理する方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの中心素子は、前記液体中に配置され、かつ、棒、ダンベル又は楕円の形状に構成されており、
前記液体は、注入口及び排出口を有する容器に存在する、
方法。 - 前記磁性粒子の平均直径d1に対する前記少なくとも一つの中心素子の最長の直径d2の比が、少なくともd2(mm)≧15×d1(mm)である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記磁性粒子の平均体積V1対する前記少なくとも一つの中心素子の体積V2の比が、V2(mm 3 )≧10×V1(mm 3 )である、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
