Description

−多くの応用において、磁性粒子の極めて迅速かつ簡便な均一化がもたらされる。
−さらに、磁性粒子の迅速な分離が通常可能である。
−当該装置の単純な構造に加え、同時に、消費される技術上の費用が通常極めて低い。

Claims (16)
- 液体中に配置される複数の磁性粒子と、液体中に配置される、好ましくは、棒、ダンベル及び/又は楕円の形状に構成された、少なくとも一つの磁性及び/又は磁化可能な中心素子とを含む、磁性粒子を用いて液体を処理する装置であって、前記磁性粒子の平均直径d1の比に対する前記少なくとも一つの中心素子の最長の直径d2の比が、少なくともd2(mm)≧15×d1(mm)である磁性粒子を用いて液体を処理する装置。
- 磁性粒子の平均体積d1の比に対する前記少なくとも一つの中心素子の体積V2の比が、V2(mm3)≧10×V1(mm3)である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中心素子当たりの磁性粒子の数が≧104である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記磁性粒子が、常磁性材料、超常磁性材料、強磁性材料、フェリ磁性材料、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される材料を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの中心素子が、棒、ダンベル及び/又は楕円の形状に構成され、その最短の直径bの比に対するその最長の直径aの比が、a/b≧1.1からa/b≦10である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記磁性粒子の平均飽和磁化が、≧1Am2/kgかつ250Am2/kgである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記磁性粒子Vmと前記少なくとも一つの中心素子との合計した体積が、容器の全体積Vgの≧0.25%から≦50%である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの中心素子と相互作用するように構成された少なくとも一つの外部磁石をさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記中心素子が少なくとも一つの永久磁石を含み、前記少なくとも一つ中心素子の磁力H2に対する少なくとも一つの外部磁石の磁力H3の比が、H3≧1.1×H2からH3≦10×H2である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの外部磁石が、電磁石である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの外部磁石が、永久磁石である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 液体中に配置される複数の第一の磁性粒子と、液体中に配置される、好ましくは、棒、ダンベル及び/又は楕円の形状に構成された、少なくとも一つの中心素子とを含む、磁性粒子を用いて液体を処理する方法であって、
a)液体中に磁性粒子を分布させ、続いて、
b)該磁性粒子を少なくとも一つの中心素子上に蓄積させる、
工程を有する磁性粒子を用いて液体を処理する方法。 - 工程a)が、液体中における磁性粒子の再懸濁を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前に、前記磁性粒子は少なくとも一つの中心素子上に少なくとも部分的に蓄積されており、工程a)は、少なくとも一つの中心素子に力を作用させることにより達成させることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置を使用することを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは水溶液からの/中における生体分子の少なくとも部分的な分離への、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置及び/又は請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法の使用。
