Claims (8)
- 核反応を制御するために原子炉内で中性子を吸収するために並列関係で配置された複数の細長部材(200)を有する制御棒において、
各細長部材(200)が、
中性子吸収材料をその中に収容するように構成された円筒形内部カプセル(201)と、
前記円筒形内部カプセル(201)を取り囲む吸収体管(300)とを備え、
この吸収体管の外側面が、丸みのついた隅部(500)間に位置づけられた4つのほぼ平坦な平面側部(400)を有するように構成されており、
各々の前記平面側部(400)が、隣接する吸収体管に取り付けるのための溶接面領域を提供するように構成されたこと
を特徴とする制御棒。 - 前記複数の細長部材が、十字形の制御棒を形成するように、1つの軸から延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御棒。
- 前記複数の細長部材(200)は、
十字形を形成するように中心垂直軸(375)から延びる4つの平面部材(400)を備え、
前記平面部材がそれぞれは、複数の前記細長部材(200)を備え、
さらに、
前記4つの平坦な部材を互いに対して支えるために、前記中心垂直軸に沿って設けられた十字形タイセグメント(70)と、
この制御棒の下方端部でこの制御棒に取り付けられた速度リミッタ(V)と、
前記制御棒の上方端部で前記制御棒に取り付けられたハンドル(H)と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御棒。 - 複数の前記十字形タイセグメント(70)が、前記垂直軸に沿って断続的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御棒。
- 前記十字形タイセグメントが、前記吸収体管の長さ全体に延びることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御棒。
- 前記吸収体管(300)は、その中に中性子吸収材料(250)を収容するように構成された前記内部カプセル(201)を取り囲む、ほぼ円筒形の内面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の制御棒。
- 円筒形間隙(275)が、前記内部カプセルと前記細長部材の内部円筒面との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御棒。
- 前記中性子吸収材料が炭化ホウ素粉体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の制御棒。
