Claims (31)
- 第1の印刷領域および第2の印刷領域を有する基板上に形成された画像を備えるセキュリティ・デバイスであって、
少なくとも1つの印刷領域が、光学的に可変な効果を有し、前記第1および第2の印刷領域の一方が、他方によって少なくとも部分的に包囲され、場配列可能な薄片をその中に有する同じインク構成が、前記第1および第2の印刷領域に適用され、前記第2の印刷領域が、細い平行線から構成され、
a)前記第1の印刷領域が、中実の印刷領域であるか、または前記第2の印刷領域内に印刷されている線よりも実質的に幅広の線から構成されるかのいずれかである、あるいは
b)前記第1の印刷領域が、中実の印刷領域であるか、または第1のグループの平行線から構成されるかのいずれかであり、かつ前記第2の印刷領域内の第2のグループの実質的に平行線の前記インクの面積密度が、前記中実の印刷領域の面積密度または前記第1のグループの平行線の面積密度よりも実質的に小さく、
前記画像が傾斜または回転されたとき、前記インク内の薄片が、前記第1の領域内に可視の運動学的な動的効果を生じさせ、かつ前記第2の領域内では見えないように場配列され、かつ、前記第2の領域と、前記中実または線の入った第1の印刷領域の線の幅の間の差に応じて、前記第1および第2の印刷領域の間のコントラストが、識別可能な印刷画像を形成する、セキュリティ・デバイス。 - 両方の印刷領域が、光学的に可変な効果を有する請求項1に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1のグループの平行線が、前記第2の領域内の前記細い平行線の少なくとも2倍の幅であり、かつ前記第2のグループの実質的に平行な線の前記インクの前記面積密度が、前記第1のグループの平行線の前記面積密度よりも実質的に小さい請求項2に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記インクが、磁気的に配列された薄片から構成されている請求項3に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記インクが、磁気的に配列可能な薄片から成る請求項3に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1および第2の領域内の前記磁気的に配列された薄片が、同じインク構成であり、かつ前記第1の領域内の前記線が、前記第2の領域内の前記線の少なくとも2倍の幅である請求項4に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1および第2の領域の間のコントラストが、識別可能な指標を形成する請求項6に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記磁気的に配列された薄片が、カラー・シフティング薄片である請求項7に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記磁気的に配列された薄片が、カラー・スイッチング薄片である請求項7に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記磁気的に配列された薄片が、回折性薄片である請求項7に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1の領域内の前記線が、平行である請求項6に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第2の領域内の前記線が、平行である請求項6に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1および第2の領域内の前記線が、平行である請求項6に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1および第2の領域の一方における線が、異なる太さである請求項6に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1および第2の領域内の薄片が、磁気的に配列され、かつ、前記薄片の前記配列の作用である強い動的効果が、前記第1の印刷領域内で見られ、かつ前記第2の印刷領域では見られない請求項4に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1の領域内での前記インクの高さが、前記第2の領域内での前記インクの高さよりも高い請求項3に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1の領域内の単位長さの線内の前記インクの重量が、前記第2の領域内の同じ長さの線内の前記インクの重量の少なくとも3倍である請求項3に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第1の領域が、幅WLの複数の平行な印刷された線から成る請求項3に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第2の領域が、WL/2よりも狭い幅を有する複数の平行な印刷された線から成る請求項18に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記画像が傾斜されたとき、ローリング・バーが前記第1の領域内で拡大なしで見られ、かつ前記画像が傾斜されているとき、ローリング・バーが前記第2の領域内で拡大なしで見られない請求項19に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記インクが、インタリオ印刷プロセスによって前記第1および1つまたは複数の第2の領域に適用される請求項3に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第2の領域内の平行線の複数の隣接する対がそれぞれ、それらの間に見かけ上印刷されていない線を有し、前記印刷されていない線が、その隣の印刷された線よりも幅が広い請求項1に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。

- 前記第2の領域内の前記細い平行線および前記第1の印刷領域内の前記幅広の線が連続的であり、かつ単一の線を形成する請求項1に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 前記第2の領域内の前記細い平行線および前記第1の印刷領域内の前記幅広の線が、連続的に見え、かつ変化する幅を有する単一の線を形成するように見え、かつ前記変化する幅を有する単一の線が、点線または画素処理された線である請求項1に記載のセキュリティ・デバイス。
- 第1の印刷領域と、前記第1の印刷領域と少なくとも部分的に隣接する1つまたは複数の第2の印刷領域を基板上に印刷するステップを含み、薄片をその中に有する同じインク構成が、異なる太さおよび/または異なる高さの線で、前記第1の印刷領域および前記1つまたは複数の第2の印刷領域に適用され、前記第1の印刷領域内の前記印刷された線が、前記1つまたは複数の第2の印刷領域内の印刷された線よりも実質的に幅広でおよび/または高く、かつ前記画像が傾斜または回転されたとき、前記インクの少なくとも一部における薄片が、前記第1の領域内に可視の運動学的な動的効果を生じさせ、かつ前記第2の領域内では見えないように場配列され、かつ前記第1および第2の印刷領域の間のコントラストが前記線の幅および/または高さに応じて、認識可能な印刷画像を形成する、セキュリティ・デバイスを形成するための方法。
- 前記印刷が、インタリオ印刷である請求項28に記載の方法。
- インクが、前記第2の領域内よりも前記第1の領域内でより盛り上がるように付着される請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記認識可能な印刷画像が、平行線のグループで形成された線の入った画像から成る請求項28に記載の方法。
