Description
パティキュレート燃焼触媒粉末20mgとカーボン2mg(デグサ社製、Printex−V、トナーカーボン)とをメノウ乳鉢で2分間混合し、この混合物を石英反応管の中央部に石英ウールを使って固定した。下記組成の流通ガスを下記の流量で流しながら電気炉によってその石英反応管の温度を下記の昇温速度で昇温させながら出口側でのCO及びCO2の濃度を赤外線型分析計で測定した。このCO2の濃度が30ppmになった時の触媒入り口側の温度(電気炉制御温度)をTig(燃焼開始温度)とした。
流量:400cc/min
昇温速度:10℃/min
担体として単斜晶系酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)粒子又はγ−アルミナ(Al2O3)粒子を用い、該担体粉末及び硝酸銀水溶液又はジニトロジアミンPt硝酸溶液を金属銀又は金属白金換算で該担体の質量を基準にして第1表に示す担持量となるように混合し、1時間攪拌した。その後、加熱しながら水分を蒸発させ、更に120℃で乾燥させた。それらの乾燥物を750℃で20時間焼成してパティキュレート燃焼触媒を得た。このパティキュレート燃焼触媒のBET比表面積及びTigは第1表に示す通りであった。
担体として単斜晶系酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)粒子を用い、該担体粉末及び硝酸銀水溶液を金属銀換算で該担体の質量を基準にして第2表に示す担持量となるように混合し、1時間攪拌した。その後、加熱しながら水分を蒸発させ、更に120℃で乾燥させた。それらの乾燥物を750℃で20時間焼成してパティキュレート燃焼触媒を得た。このパティキュレート燃焼触媒のBET比表面積及びTigは第2表に示す通りであった。

担体として単斜晶系酸化ジルコニウム粒子を用い、該担体粉末及び硝酸銀水溶液を金属銀換算で該担体の質量を基準にして1質量%の担持量となるように混合し、1時間攪拌した。その後、加熱しながら水分を蒸発させ、更に120℃で乾燥させた。その乾燥物を750℃で第4表に示す時間焼成してパティキュレート燃焼触媒を得た。このパティキュレート燃焼触媒のBET比表面積及びTigは第4表に示す通りであった。
Claims (9)
- 単斜晶系酸化ジルコニウム粒子からなる担体に担持された触媒成分としての金属Ag又はAg酸化物からなり、該触媒成分の量が金属Ag換算で該担体の質量を基準として0.5〜10質量%であることを特徴とするパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- 600〜900℃で10時間以上焼成して得られたものである請求項1記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- BET比表面積が8〜21m2/gである請求項1又は2記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- Tig(燃焼開始温度)が300℃以下である請求項1、2又は3記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- 単斜晶系酸化ジルコニウム粒子からなる担体に担持された触媒成分としての金属Ag又はAg酸化物からなり、該触媒成分の量が金属Ag換算で該担体の質量を基準として1〜9質量%であり、BET比表面積が11〜20m2/gであることを特徴とするパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- Tig(燃焼開始温度)が260℃以下である請求項5記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- 730〜870℃で10時間以上焼成して得られたものである請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒が基材上にコーティングされていることを特徴とするパティキュレートフィルター。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のパティキュレート燃焼触媒がコーティングされたパティキュレートフィルターを備えていることを特徴とする排ガス浄化装置。
