Description

Claims (6)
- 複数の湿式クラッチおよび複数の部分出力伝動シャフトを有する変速機を潤滑させる方法であって、ここで、ギアのシフトは、噛み合ったおよび噛み合っていない部分伝動シャフトの同調および湿式クラッチの係合を含むプロセスにより起こり;ここで、該方法は、該変速機に、以下を含有する潤滑組成物を供給する工程を包含する:
(a)潤滑粘性のあるオイル;
(b)2,5−ジメルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール(DMTD)、DMTDの誘導体、またはそれらの混合物;
(c)(b)の種以外の摩擦調整剤であって、該摩擦調整剤が、イソステアリン酸とテトラエチレンペンタミンとの縮合生成物である、摩擦調整剤;
(d)(b)の種以外の分散剤;および
(e)無機リン含有酸。 - 前記摩擦調整剤の量が、0.1〜1.5重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分散剤が、スクシンイミド分散剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分散剤の量が、1〜10重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記DMTD誘導体が、スクシンイミド分散剤またはコハク酸エステル/アミド分散剤とヒドロカルビル置換ジメルカプトチアジアゾールとの反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記DMTDまたはDMTD誘導体の量が、0.02〜10重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
