図11に示されるように、荷重下培養装置12は、再生医療用材料として開発された幹細胞自己生成組織14の両側を挟持する幹細胞自己生成組織取付機構10と、この幹細胞自己生成組織取付機構10が固定される一対の可動アーム16を含んで構成されている。
次に、幹細胞自己生成組織取付機構10及び幹細胞自己生成組織14について説明する。
次に、幹細胞自己生成組織14の両端を幹細胞自己生成組織取付機構10で挟持する手順について説明する。

Claims (2)
- 幹細胞自己生成組織の両側を支持する一対の板状の支持部材と、
前記幹細胞自己生成組織を覆うと共に、前記支持部材との間で前記幹細胞自己生成組織の両側を挟み込む一対の挟持部材と、
前記挟持部材を前記支持部材に向けて押圧し、前記幹細胞自己生成組織を前記支持部材と前記挟持部材との間で固定する押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材に形成された凹部と、
前記押圧部材が脱着自在な取付部が形成された荷重付加装置の可動アームに前記支持部材と前記挟持部材を固定するとき、前記取付部に装着された前記押圧部材の凹部へ解除可能に嵌り込み前記可動アームに前記押圧部材を固定する固定部材と、
一対の前記支持部材が脱着可能に嵌められて一対の前記支持部材を決められた位置に位置決めする開口部が設けられ、前記開口部に嵌められた前記支持部材が前記幹細胞自己生成組織の両側を支持する際に、前記幹細胞自己生成組織の中央側が載せられる載置面が形成された位置決部材と、
を備えた幹細胞自己生成組織取付機構。 - 前記支持部材には、前記挟持部材との間で挟み込む前記幹細胞自己生成組織に向けて突出する突起部が設けられる請求項1に記載の幹細胞自己生成組織取付機構。
