Description
WCDMA方式やLTE方式では、Band1〜Band17(3GPP V8.2.0、周波数分割多重方式)が規定されており、今後さらにバンドが増加する方向にある。これらマルチバンドに移動通信端末が対応するためには、DPXのチューナブル化によるフロントエンド部の小型化が有効である。

Claims (4)
- 送信周波数と受信周波数として異なる帯域を用いて、送受信同時動作を行なう移動通信端末向けのモジュールであって、
送信信号及び受信信号を分離し、複数のバンドの周波数信号を選択的に通過させる可変特性を有するフィルタと、
送信側から受信側に漏れこむ送信信号及び送信側の受信帯域雑音を所定量キャンセルする妨害信号キャンセル部と、
送信信号を変調により生成するとともに、受信信号を復調する変復調信号処理ブロックと、前記妨害信号キャンセル部と前記変復調信号処理ブロックとの間に配置された低雑音増幅器と、
送信側から受信側に漏れこむ送信信号により低雑音増幅器などで発生する2次歪をキャンセルする歪キャンセル部と、
を備え、
前記妨害信号キャンセル部は、送信側パワーアンプの出力から送信信号及び送信側の受信帯域雑音の一部を取り出し、受信側の前記低雑音増幅器の入力側で前記受信側に漏れこむ送信信号及び送信側の受信帯域雑音と合成し、
前記妨害信号キャンセル部は、少なくとも妨害信号の振幅、位相及び遅延時間を制御するブロックを備え、
前記変復調信号処理ブロックからの制御信号により前記妨害信号の振幅、位相及び遅延時間を制御し、
前記歪キャンセル部は、変復調ブロックで生成される送信信号を2乗した信号を生成して前記2次歪と合成して前記2次歪をキャンセルすること、
を特徴とする移動通信端末向けのモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の移動通信端末向けのモジュールであって、
前記妨害信号キャンセル部は、妨害信号レベル又は受信信号SNの大きさに応じて、送信側から受信側に漏れこむ送信信号及び送信側の受信帯域雑音を所定量キャンセルする動作のON/OFFを切り替えることを特徴とする移動通信端末向けのモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の移動通信端末向けのモジュールであって、
前記フィルタは、サーキュレータであることを特徴とする移動通信端末向けのモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の移動通信端末向けのモジュールを備え、
送信周波数と受信周波数として異なる帯域を用いて、送受信同時動作を行なうことを特徴とする移動通信端末。
