Claims (14)
- 固定部(11)の自由側(19)において固定側(7)と固定することができる少なくとも1つの粘着閉鎖部(9)からなる固定システムであって、
固定部(11)のもう一方の活性側には少なくとも部分的に、活性可能な活性物質(15)が設けられ、
活性物質(15)が活性化されると、第三部分(1、3、8)の固定側(5、6)と連結構造を形成し、
活性物質(15)は熱によって活性化されることができ、
第三部分は、カバー(1、3、5)の形態の有用な部分であり、有用な部分は固定側(5)の向かい側に有用な表面(1、3)を有しており、
固定部(11)は、活性物質(15)のキャリヤを形成する平らな物質のストリップ状ウェブを形成し、かつ少なくとも一方の側に活性物質(15)が設けられており、
活性物質(15)は2つの熱可塑性物質の混合物からなり、その混合物は125℃以下の軟化点を有し、
平らな物質(17)上の活性物質(15)は、80ないし400g/m 2 の付着量で付着される、固定システム。 - 第三部分は、床または壁のカバーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。

- 第三部分はキャリヤ部であり、特に、車両または航空機の座席のクッション発泡状部(8)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- カバーは、有用な表面を形成するカーペット側(1)および固定側(5)を形成するカーペットの背面を備えた少なくとも1つのカーペット(1、3、5)またはカーペットタイルであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の固定システム。
- 150℃未満の温度、好ましくは140℃未満の温度に加熱することによって活性化することができる活性物質(15)が存在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- 熱可塑性物質は、コポリアミド、ポリエチルビニルアセテート、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン、またはコポリエステルからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の固定システム。
- 活性物質は、合成ゴムをベースとするホットメルト粘着剤であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の固定システム。
- 平らな物質(17)上の活性物質(15)は、約200g/m2の付着量で付着されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の固定システム。
- 活性物質(15)で被覆される平らな物質(17)は、活性物質(15)を活性化させる温度範囲において熱的に安定であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の固定システム。
- 活性物質(15)が設けられる固定部(11)には、活性物質(15)を保護し且つ活性物質(15)を露出させるために取り外すことができるフィルム(13)が被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の固定システム。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の固定システムを使用してカバーを取り付ける方法であって、
粘着要素がその頂部に設けられるように、ベース、特に、床に少なくとも1つの粘着閉鎖部(23)を係止する工程と、
カバー(1、3、5)の固定側(5)に、露出した活性物質(15)を有する側を備えた固定部(11)を押圧し、活性化した活性物質(15)によってカバー(1、3、5)の固定側(5)に固定部(11)を連結するために加熱する工程と、
粘着閉鎖要素(21)が露出されるように固定部(11)の自由側(19)に粘着閉鎖部(9)を固定する工程と、
ベース、特に、床にカバー(1、3、5)を固定するために粘着閉鎖部(23、9)の2種類の粘着要素を連結する工程と
を有するカバーの取り付け方法であって、
活性物質(15)は2つの熱可塑性物質の混合物からなり、その混合物は125℃以下の軟化点を有し、
平らな物質(17)上の活性物質(15)は、80ないし400g/m 2 の付着量で付着される、カバーの取り付け方法。 - 活性物質(15)の活性化と、カバー(1、3、5)の固定側(5)への固定部(11)の押圧とは、特に、固定部(11)がカバー(1、3、5)の固定側(5)へ押圧されるように、移動可能な加熱した押圧部によって行われることを特徴とする請求項12記載のカバーの取り付け方法。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の固定システムのシステム構成部品を有するキットであって、
少なくとも、
使用のために開放することができる閉鎖した袋(33)と、
一方の側に活性物質(15)が付着されて脱着可能な保護フィルム(13)が貼着された固定部(11)が巻き付けられる、袋(33)内に位置する第一スプール(41)と、
第一の種類の粘着閉鎖部(9)が巻き付けられる、袋(33)内に位置する第二スプール(39)と、
第二の種類の粘着閉鎖部(23)が巻き付けられる、袋(33)内に位置する第三スプール(37)と
を有するキットであって、
活性物質(15)は2つの熱可塑性物質の混合物からなり、その混合物は125℃以下の軟化点を有し、
平らな物質(17)上の活性物質(15)は、80ないし400g/m 2 の付着量で付着される、キット。
