Claims (8)
- 変形され且つ精密打抜きされた三次元物体、つまり自動車座席部材用ヒンジ具に歯部を形成する方法であって、平らなストリップが、物体基部にある内部形状と均一に彎曲して延びる縁部を備えるポット状物体に工具で変形され、精密打抜きされ、引き続いてポット状物体の内側に半径方向に延びる歯部が縁部に加工される方法において、ポット状物体の縁部の歯部は精密打抜きスタンプ或いは研磨手段による切断或いは研磨によってのみ形成され、切削或いは研磨の際に生じるまくれ或いは屑がポット状物体の物体基部における歯部に配置されたくぼみの所定位置にプレスされることを特徴とする方法。
- ポット状物体の物体基部は精密打抜き或いは研磨前に精密打抜きスタンプ或いは研磨手段を通して時間的に先行する案内スタンプによって固定され、まくれ或いは研磨屑がプレスする所定位置のくぼみに案内されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 研磨は少なくとも二回連続作用として実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 精密打抜きは研磨との組合せで実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変形され且つ精密打抜きされた三次元物体、つまり自動車座席部材用ヒンジ具に歯部を形成する装置であって、縁部が均一に回転対称的に湾曲されていて、物体基部が内部形状を有するポット状物体に内歯形成する工具を備えて、歯部の歯が半径方向にポット状物体の内部に延びており、工具には三次元物体が基板と案内板の間に固定されている装置において、工具は精密打抜きスタンプ或いは研磨スタンプ(12)を包含し、このスタンプには中空空間(14)が設けられ、この中空空間にはスタンプ(12)の作業方向(AR)に作用する案内スタンプ(15)がポット状物体(1)の物体基部(8)に押圧するように滑り移動自在に配置されていて、案内スタンプ(15)がスタンプ(12)の下降運動の際に先行して、内歯部(2)の切削された或いは研磨された面(21)と案内スタンプ(15)の間には精密打抜きまくれ(20)或いは研磨屑を物体(1)のくぼみ(6)に案内する通路(22)が生じるように、この案内スタンプはスタンプ(12)とばね手段(18)によって連結されており、スタンプ(12)が下端位置に到達の際にまくれ(20)或いは屑をくぼみ(6)に固着してプレスすることを特徴とする装置。
- ばね手段(18)は圧縮ばねであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 基板(9)と案内板(11)の間にはポット状物体(1)の高さに一致する間隔板(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- スタンプ(12)と案内スタンプ(15)は共通の軸線を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
