Description
[式中、
Rは、水素原子または(C1−C4)−アルキル、ヒドロキシ−(C1−C4)アルキル、(C1−C4)−アルコキシカルボニルまたはベンジル基[これらの基は場合により、好ましくはハロゲン原子および(C1−C4)−アルコキシ、フェネチルまたはフェニル−3−プロピル基から選ばれる1以上の置換基で置換されていてもよい]を表し、
Xは、1以上の水素もしくはハロゲン原子または(C1−C4)アルキル、(C1−C4)−アルコキシ、トリフルオロメチルおよびメチレンジオキシから選ばれる基を表すか、または、Xは、フェニル環と共にナフチル基を形成する]
で示される化合物ならびに薬学的に許容され得るその塩および水和物の使用にある。
実施例1:希酢酸の膀胱内灌流により誘発した膀胱刺激条件下の、麻酔した雌性ウサギにおける、横紋筋性肛門括約筋の活動および膀胱容量に及ぼす式(I)の化合物のインビボ効果。
この実施例は、記載した治療用途に好適な、本発明による化合物の様々な製剤型を提供するものである。

微結晶性セルロース 139.575mg
澱粉グリコール酸ナトリウム 7.5mg
ステアリン酸マグネシウム 0.75mg
コロイドシリカ 0.3mg
150mgのゼラチンカプセル剤とする。
化合物A安息香酸塩 3.75(2.5mgベース)
微結晶性セルロース 279.15mg
澱粉グリコール酸ナトリウム 15mg
ステアリン酸マグネシウム 1.5mg
コロイドシリカ 0.6mg
300mgのゼラチンカプセル剤とする。
化合物A安息香酸塩 7.5mg(5mgベース)
微結晶性セルロース 136.5mg
澱粉グリコール酸ナトリウム 4.5mg
ステアリン酸マグネシウム 1.5mg
150mgのゼラチンカプセル剤とする。
化合物A、微結晶性セルロース、澱粉グリコール酸ナトリウムを適当な篩で篩過する。
3つの成分を混合する。
ステアリン酸マグネシウムおよびコロイドシリカを篩過する。
混合物を滑らかにし、理論的重量となるまで自動充填機を用いてゼラチンカプセルに充填する。

Claims (3)
- 尿失禁を治療するための、4−[(2−ナフタレニル)−メトキシ]−ピペリジン化合物またはその薬学的に許容され得る塩もしくは水和物を含む医薬組成物であって、
前記化合物は、0.001および1000mgの間の一日用量で経口、経皮、皮下又は膀胱内に投与されることを特徴とする医薬組成物。 - 前記尿失禁が、腹圧性失禁、切迫性失禁、混合型失禁、溢流性失禁または機能性失禁である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記化合物4−[(2−ナフタレニル)−メトキシ]−ピペリジンが、錠剤、トローチ、ゼラチンカプセル剤、軟カプセル剤、液剤、水性または油性懸濁液、エマルジョン、注射用溶液、シロップ、顆粒剤、散剤、貼付剤、ゲル、クリーム、軟膏、スプレーまたはエアロゾルとして投与される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
