Description
Claims (4)
- 複数の主駆動流体圧シリンダと、
該主駆動流体圧シリンダのシリンダ室と流体圧伝達路を介してシリンダ室が連通される複数の従動流体圧シリンダとを備え、前記主駆動流体圧シリンダが発生した流体圧を前記従動流体圧シリンダに伝達する流体圧伝達装置であって、
前記複数の主駆動流体圧シリンダのピストンを駆動する主駆動源と、
ピストンで2つのシリンダ室に区切られた副駆動流体圧シリンダと、
該副駆動流体圧シリンダのピストンを駆動する副駆動源と、
前記流体圧伝達路と前記副駆動流体圧シリンダの各シリンダ室とを連通する連通路とを備えることを特徴とする流体圧伝達装置。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧伝達装置であって、
前記主駆動源は、前記副駆動源よりも定格出力が大きいことを特徴とする流体圧伝達装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流体圧伝達装置を用いたロボットハンド装置であって、
該ロボットハンド装置は、複数の関節部で屈伸自在な指機構を備え、
前記従動流体圧シリンダのピストンの進退に伴い、前記指関節の関節部が屈伸することを特徴とするロボットハンド装置。 - 請求項3記載の流体圧伝達装置を用いたロボットハンド装置であって、
該ロボットハンド装置は、前記指機構を複数備え、
該複数の指関節のうち少なくとも2以上の指関節の関節部が、前記従動流体圧シリンダのピストンの進退に伴い、屈伸することを特徴とするロボットハンド装置。
