Description
その加熱温度を低下させそして使用する前に乾燥を必要とする、ほとんど高度の水(湿気)を有して収穫されるので、燃料としていくらか戻される。副産物の多くは、取扱いを容易にするために(乾燥の前後に)ペレット化される。それはまた木をコークス化してより純粋なエネルギ源を得るためにも可能である。
酸素を追加し、燃焼後の工程を強化することにより、本方法のさらなる精製が可能となる。流出するガスの熱負荷と還元工程で必要な熱とのバランスが必要である。より高いCO2の濃縮はガス精製の結果であり、それより、還元する前に、幾分かはより簡略でよりエネルギー効果の高い精製となる。
Claims (12)
- バイオマスを乾燥し、
乾燥させたバイオマスを熱分解させて熱分解ガスを発生させ、
発生した熱分解ガスを燃焼し、
燃焼工程で生じた流出ガス(CO 2 、N 2 およびH 2 O)を熱交換によって冷却し、
流出ガス(CO 2 、N 2 およびH 2 O)から窒素(N 2 )を除去することにより流出ガス(CO 2 、N 2 およびH 2 O)を精製してプロセスガス(P)を生成し、
プロセスガス(P)を熱交換によって加熱し、
プロセスガス(P)を熱分解工程により生じたコークス化燃料と反応させて合成ガス(S)に還元し、
合成ガス(S)を熱交換によって冷却する、
バイオマスから合成ガス(S)を製造するための方法。 - 熱交換による流出ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)の冷却およびプロセスガス(P)の加熱が共通の熱交換工程で達成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱交換による流出ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)の冷却が2つの別個の工程で達成される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 精製工程において窒素ガス(N2)が生成され、該窒素ガス(N2)がバイオマスを乾燥するために用いられる、請求項1−3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プロセスガス(P)の合成ガス(S)への還元が少なくとも2つの工程で達成される、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プロセスガス(P)の第1の還元工程において熱分解工程により生じたコークス化燃料とプロセスガス(P)との反応が開始され、そして前記コークス化燃料は先の還元工程において用いられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- プロセスガス(P)の合成ガス(S)への還元が単一の工程で達成される、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- バイオマスを貯蔵し乾燥するための貯蔵ユニット(1)と、
バイオマスの熱分解を実施する手段(3;5,6)と、
バイオマスの熱分解により生じた熱分解ガスの燃焼を実施する手段(3;5,6)と、
熱分解ガスの燃焼を実施する手段(3;5,6)で発生した流出ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)を熱交換させて冷却するための第1熱交換手段(7,9)と、
第1熱交換手段(7,9)で冷却された流出ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)から窒素(N 2 )を除去してプロセスガス(P)を生成するためのガス精製ユニット(10)と、
プロセスガス(P)を熱交換させて加熱するようにガス精製ユニット(10)から第1熱交換手段(7,9)の第1ユニット(7)へプロセスガス(P)を供給するための手段(11)と、
第1熱交換手段(7,9)の第1ユニット(7)から放出されたプロセスガス(P)を、熱分解を実施する手段(3;5,6)で生じたコークス化燃料と反応させて合成ガス(S)に還元するための還元シャフト(12)と、
合成ガス(S)を熱交換させて冷却するための第2熱交換手段(15)と
を含む、バイオマスから合成ガス(S)を製造するための方法を実施するための装置。 - 第1熱交換手段が第1リジェネレータ・アセンブリ(7)を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 第2熱交換手段が第2リジェネレータ(15)を構成する、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 還元シャフト(12)が少なくとも2つの還元区画(13A−13C)を含む、請求項8−10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 還元シャフト(12)が単一の還元区画(13)を含み、再生バーナー(4)が還元区画(13)に設けられる、請求項8に記載の装置。
