Description
酸素を加えて再燃焼段階を強めることにより、本装置をさらに改善することが可能である。還元段階で必要な熱に対して発生ガスの熱負荷を合わせることが必要である。CO2のより高い濃度はガス洗浄までの結果であり、より低い物質移動の洗浄を幾分より容易にかつよりエネルギ効率のよい洗浄を可能にする。

Claims (4)
- 貯蔵ユニット(1)とバイオマスの熱分解および熱分解ガスの燃焼を実施する反応ユニット(3)とを含む、バイオマスから水素(H2)を製造するための方法を実施するための装置であって、
水(H 2 O(l))を蒸発するための手段(9)を含む、反応ユニット(3)から出るガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)を受容する第1熱交換手段(7、9)と、
第1熱交換手段(7、9)で冷却された発生ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)を受容するガス洗浄ユニット(21、28、29)と、
第1熱交換手段(7、9)に水蒸気(H2O(g))を供給するための手段(2)と、
合成ガス(S)を得るために水蒸気(H2O(g))のいくつかの段階で還元を行うように反応ユニット(3)に接続された還元シャフト(12)と、
水蒸気を一酸化炭素(CO)で還元させて二酸化炭素(CO 2 )の形体を伴う水素(H 2 )にするように合成ガス(S)のガス分離を行う水性ガスシフト反応器(WGS)と、
水素(H2)と二酸化炭素(CO2)に分離するための手段と
をまた含む、装置。 - 第1熱交換手段は第1リジェネレータ装置(7)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2熱交換手段は第2リジェネレータ(15)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 還元シャフト(12)は少なくとも2つの還元区画(13Aから13C)を含む、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。
