Description

Claims (12)
- バイオマスの熱分解によってコークス燃料を形成する、バイオマスの乾燥の段階とバイオマスのガス化の段階を含むバイオマスから水素(H2)を製造する方法であって、発生ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)をガス化段階から第1熱交換まで受けさせる段階をさらに含み、そこにおいて、発生ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)が冷却され、発生ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)のカロリー量によって水が蒸発段階で蒸発され、水蒸気が熱交換を受けて加熱され、水素と一酸化炭素からなる合成ガスに水蒸気が還元され、この還元がコークス燃料との反応により生じ、純粋水素を得るように合成ガスがガス分離を受ける、方法。
- 処理段階をさらに含み、一酸化炭素が水性ガスシフト反応を受け、供給される水蒸気が残留産出品としての二酸化炭素(CO2)を有する水素(H2)を形成し、最終のガス分離段階で水素(H2)が二酸化炭素(CO2)から分離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 還元中に得られた合成ガスが熱交換を受け、そこにおいて合成ガスが冷却され、燃焼に用いられる空気が加熱される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ガス化および水蒸気の加熱から出たガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)は共通の熱交換段階で行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱交換でガス化から出たガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)の冷却は2つの個別の段階で行われる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 合成ガスへの水蒸気の還元は少なくとも2つの段階で行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガス化からのコークス燃料との反応は合成ガス(S)の第1還元段階で開始され、該コークス燃料は先行の還元段階に与えている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 貯蔵ユニット(1)とバイオマスの熱分解および熱分解ガスの燃焼を実施する反応ユニット(3)とを含む、バイオマスから水素(H2)を製造するための方法を実施するための装置であって、反応ユニット(3)から出るガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)を受容する第1熱交換手段(7、9)と、第1熱交換手段(7、9)で冷却された発生ガス(CO2、N2およびH2O)を受容するガス洗浄ユニット(21、28、29)と、水(H2O(l))を蒸発するための手段(9)と、第1熱交換手段(7、9)に水蒸気(H2O(g))を供給するための手段(9)と、合成ガス(S)を得るために水蒸気(H2O(g))のいくつかの段階で還元を行うように反応ユニット(3)に接続された還元シャフト(12)と、水素(H2)および二酸化炭素(CO2)を得るために合成ガス(S)のガス分離を行う手段(WGS)とをまた含む、装置。
