Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μία μέθοδο για την παραγωγή υδρογόνου από βιομάζα, όπου η εν λόγω μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια της ξήρανσης της βιομάζας, της αεριοποίησης της βιομάζας και της αντίδρασης μετατροπής του μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα CO. Η εφεύρεση αφορά επίσης έναν εξοπλισμό για τη διεξαγωγή της μεθόδου της παρούσας εφεύρεσης. Είναι σημαντικό για την παρούσα εφεύρεση το ότι η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει τα επιπρόσθετα στάδια: της υποβολής των εξερχόμενων αερίων (CO2, Ν2 και Η2O) από το στάδιο της αεριοποίησης σε μία πρώτη ανταλλαγή θερμότητας, όπου τα εξερχόμενα αέρια (CO2, Ν2 και Η2Ο) ψύχονται, της εξάτμισης νερού με θέρμανση από τα εξερχόμενα αέρια, της υποβολής του ατμού σε ανταλλαγή θερμότητας όπου ο ατμός θερμαίνεται, της αναγωγής του ατμού σε αέριο σύνθεσης (S), όπου το αέριο σύνθεσης (S) ψύχεται και η τροφοδοσία αέρα στην αεριοποίηση θερμαίνεται, του διαχωρισμού του αερίου σύνθεσης (S) σε ρεύμα υδρογόνου και ρεύμα μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα, της αντίδρασης του μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα με ατμό νερού προς μονοξείδιο του άνθρακα και υδρογόνο, του διαχωρισμού επίσης αυτών των δευτερευόντων ρευμάτων σε ένα ρεύμα υδρογόνου και ένα ρεύμα μονοξειδίου του άνθρακα, και της ενοποίησης του πρωτεύοντος και του δευτερεύοντος ρεύματος υδρογόνου σε ένα παραγόμενο ρεύμα.
