Description
Ca+H2O→1/2H2+Ca(OH)
数グラムの化合物、例えば4グラムの純粋なカルシウムは、コンクリート部品を切断する十分なガスを生成する。本発明から逸脱しない限り、他の化合物を用いてもよいのは言うまでもない。
Claims (9)
- 所定の遅延後に、化合物と水溶液との化学反応により生成されるガスによって内部に過度の圧力が生成される容器(10)と、バーストディスク(23)と、を備え、
前記容器(10)は、前記水溶液を含み、前記化合物を収納する第1の収納部(24)を有するケース(12)に取り付けられ、
前記バーストディスク(23)は、前記第1の収納部(24)と前記容器(10)との間に設けられて、前記化合物と前記水溶液との完全な密閉を確保し、
前記ケース(12)は、電子トリガ(11)を入れる第2の収納部(25)と、前記トリガ(11)により制御されるアクチュエータ(32)と、を備え、所定の遅延後に前記バーストディスク(23)を破裂させて前記容器(10)内で前記化学反応を引き起こし、
前記ディスク(23)は、前記ケース(12)に嵌め込まれ、前記ケース(12)を密閉するキャップ(12A)の一部であることを特徴とするコンクリート部材から成る部品を切断する装置。 - 前記キャップ(12A)は、前記容器(10)から延在するハブ(18)の外側のねじ切り(19)と対となる内側のねじ切り(21)を有する穴(20)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電子トリガ(11)の前記アクチュエータ(32)は、容量(C1)の放電により前記ディスク(23)を破裂させる火工起爆剤(40)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トリガ(11)は、前記アクチュエータ(32)と直列に接続されるスイッチング回路(30)を制御するタイマ回路(29)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記タイマ回路(29)は、水晶振動子時間基準(39)を有するクロック(37)と、マイクロコントローラ(38)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記トリガ(11)の遅延の開始および前記容量(C1)の充電の開始はアーミング回路(27)により引き起こされ、
前記アーミング回路(27)は、互いに逆の磁極を有する永久磁石(34,35)とともに動作する磁石スイッチ(38)を備え、一方の磁石(34)は固定されており、他方の磁石(35)はピン(36)を通して取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記スイッチング回路(30)は、抵抗R2を通して、ベースが前記マイクロコントローラ(38)の出力(S1)に接続されるバイポーラトランジスタ(Q2)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記起爆剤(40)は、前記トリガ(11)のプリント回路基板に配置されるか、または、前記バーストディスク(23)に直接設置されることを特徴とする請求項3乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 所定の遅延後に、化合物と水溶液との化学反応により生成されるガスによって内部に過度の圧力が生成される容器(10)と、バーストディスク(23)と、を備え、
前記容器(10)は、前記水溶液を含み、前記化合物を収納する第1の収納部(24)を有するケース(12)に取り付けられ、
前記バーストディスク(23)は、前記第1の収納部(24)と前記容器(10)との間に設けられて、前記化合物と前記水溶液との完全な密閉を確保し、
前記ケース(12)は、電子トリガ(11)を入れる第2の収納部(25)と、前記トリガ(11)により制御されるアクチュエータ(32)と、を備え、所定の遅延後に前記バーストディスク(23)を破裂させて前記容器(10)内で前記化学反応を引き起こし、
前記キャップ(12A)により密封された前記容器(10)は、2つのテーパ状の壁(14,15)により制限される収納部(13)を有し、この収納部(13)は鋭角(α)を形成し、共通の外部輪郭(16)を有することを特徴とする装置。
