Description
少なくとも、独立請求項1に定義された装置によって、先行技術の幾つかの欠点が克服される。
圧力及び/又は流量検出弁60は、水圧に応じて、フラップ61を第一位置Iと第二位置IIの間に移動することができる。
混合ユニットが完全に開放した時のように高い圧力及び/又は流量では、混合弁10が完全に開放し、圧力及び/又は流量検出弁60がフラップ61を第一位置Iに移動して、水が水出口開口45から流出可能になる。混合ユニットが閉じると、即ち、例えば誰もシャワーを浴びていない時には、混合弁10により、50℃超、好ましくは57℃の高い温度で、低い水圧[例えば、0.1バール(10kPa)]及び低い水流量になる。これは、例えば、熱水及び冷水が流入する混合ユニット50内の混合弁を調整して、混合弁を通り抜ける所定の漏れを許容することによって、達成される。
圧力及び/又は流量検出弁60は、その後、水圧降下及び/又は低い流量を検知し、所定の低下した圧力値又は流量で、圧力及び/又は流量検出弁60は、水が水出口開口45から流出できなくなる第二位置IIにフラップ61を移動する。代わって、水が、水流出口を通り抜けた際に水戻り管70に流入する。水流出口を好ましくは含むシステム全体に未だ持続的な水の流れがあるが、水は水出口開口45から流出しないことが好ましい。従って、水流出口等のシステム全体に微生物の蓄積及び繁殖を低減することができる。このようにして、第二位置IIでは、圧力及び/又は流量検出弁60は、一方で水を水出口開口45から流出できなくさせながら、同時に水を水戻り管70に流入させることができる。
水戻り管は自家水循環システム80全体に接続され得る。水流出口等のシステムに持続的な流れがあるので、殺菌用化学薬品又は他の添加剤の添加を通じてシステムを容易に殺菌することができる。即ち、システムが、何らかの理由で、局部的又は系統的に例えば必要な温度に保持できなくても、殺菌用添加剤を添加してシステムを容易に修復することができる。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1本の水入口管(20)と、1以上の水出口開口(45)を有する水流出口(40)と、水戻り管(70)とを含む給水システムにおける微生物増殖の低減に使用される水循環システムであって、
水流出口(40)に先行して又はその内部に圧力又は流量検出弁(60)が設けられ、圧力又は流量検出弁(60)に先行して混合弁(10)が設けられており、上記圧力又は流量検出弁(60)は、第一の所定の圧力又は流量のときに水の流れが水出口開口(45)を通ることを可能にするよう作動可能であると共に、前記第一の所定の圧力又は流量よりも低い第二の所定の圧力又は流量のときに水が水流出口(40)を経由して水戻り管(70)に流入するのを可能にするよう作動可能であり、混合弁は、閉弁位置において、該混合弁(10)を介して持続的な所定の水漏れを許容する、ことを特徴とする水循環システム。 - 前記圧力又は流量検出弁(60)が、機械的、水力学的、又は電子的に操作される、請求項1に記載の水循環システム。
- 前記混合弁(10)が混合ユニット(50)内に設置される、請求項1又は2に記載の水循環システム。
- 混合ユニットを作動した後の最初の数秒間、前記水出口開口(45)から加熱された循環水が流出できないように、熱湯によるやけど防止装置が設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の水循環システム。
- 少なくとも1本の水入口管(20)と、1以上の水出口開口(45)を有する水流出口(40)と、水戻り管(70)とを含む、既存の給水システムの修正方法において、
水流出口(40)に先行して又はその内部に圧力又は流量検出弁(60)と、圧力又は流量検出弁(60)に先行して混合弁(10)と、を有する水循環システムが設けられており、上記圧力又は流量検出弁(60)は、第一の所定の圧力又は流量のときに水の流れが水出口開口(45)を通ることを可能にするよう作動可能であると共に、前記第一の所定の圧力又は流量よりも低い第二の所定の圧力又は流量のときに水が水流出口(40)を経由して水戻り管(70)に流入するのを可能にするよう作動可能であり、混合弁は、閉弁位置において、該混合弁(10)を介して持続的な所定の水漏れを許容して、水循環システム中に持続的な流れを確保する、ことを特徴とする既存の給水システムの修正方法。 - 前記混合弁(10)が混合ユニット(50)内に設けられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力及び/又は流量検出弁(60)が水流出口(40)の内部に設けられる、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力及び/又は流量検出弁(60)が水流出口(40)に先行して設けられる、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
