Description
(1)前記第1のトランジスタの前記ソース電極と前記第2のトランジスタの前記ソース電極とは前記第1の電極を介して電気的に接続されていてもよい。
(2)前記第1のトランジスタの前記ドレイン電極と前記第2のトランジスタの前記ドレイン電極とは、電気的に接続されていてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 絶縁膜上に配置され、互いに対辺の関係となる一辺及び他辺で構成された四辺形の第1の電極と、前記第1の電極と重なるように対向する第2の電極と、前記第1の電極及び第2の電極の間に位置する発光層と、を含む発光素子と、
前記第1の電極と、前記絶縁膜下の第3の電極と、前記第1の電極と前記第3の電極との間の前記絶縁膜とによって構成されたキャパシタと、
前記第1の電極の前記一辺の外側に配置され、一方が前記第1の電極と前記一辺において接続されたソース、ドレイン電極を有する第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1の電極の前記他辺の外側に配置され、一方が前記第1の電極と前記他辺において接続されたソース、ドレイン電極と、前記第1のトランジスタのゲート電極と前記キャパシタの前記第3の電極を介して接続されたゲート電極とを有する第2のトランジスタと、
一方がアノードラインに接続され、他方が前記第3の電極と電気的に接続されているソース、ドレイン電極を有する第3のトランジスタと、
一方がデータラインに接続され、他方が前記第1の電極と接続されているソース、ドレイン電極を有する第4のトランジスタと、を備えることを特徴とする発光装置。 - 前記第1のトランジスタの前記ソース電極と前記第2のトランジスタの前記ソース電極とは前記第1の電極を介して電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1のトランジスタの前記ドレイン電極と前記第2のトランジスタの前記ドレイン電極とは、電気的に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載された発光装置を備える、
ことを特徴とする電子機器。
