Claims (14)
- 植込み型PAPセンサによって感知される信号を処理するシステムであって、該システムは、
肺動脈圧(PAP)信号を感知するために肺動脈の中に配置するように構成される植込み型PAPセンサと、
該植込み型PAPセンサに通信結合される植込み型医療装置と
を含み、
該植込み型医療装置は、
該植込み型PAPセンサから該PAP信号を受信するように適合される無線通信回路と、
該無線通信回路に結合されるPAP信号処理装置であって、該PAP信号処理装置は、姿勢信号を用いて該PAP信号を調整するように適合される姿勢調整モジュールと、該PAP信号から複数の信号を分離するように適合される信号分離モジュールとを含む、PAP信号処理装置と、
該姿勢調整モジュールに通信結合され、該姿勢信号を感知する姿勢センサと
を含む、システム。 - 前記信号分離モジュールは、前記PAP信号から1つ以上の心臓信号を分離するように適合される心臓信号分離モジュールと、該PAP信号から1つ以上の呼吸信号を分離するように適合される呼吸信号分離モジュールとのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記心臓信号分離モジュールは、生理学的信号またはパラメータを用いて動的に調整される通過帯域を有する適合フィルタを含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記呼吸信号分離モジュールは、生理学的信号またはパラメータを用いて動的に調整される通過帯域を有する適合フィルタを含む、請求項2または3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記心臓信号分離モジュールは、心拍数を用いて動的に調整される第1の通過帯域を有する第1の適合フィルタを含み、前記呼吸信号分離モジュールは、該心拍数を用いて動的に調整される第2の通過帯域を有する第2の適合フィルタを含み、前記システムは、該心拍数を検出するための心拍数検出器をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記心臓信号分離モジュールは、周期的な生理学的信号の各サイクル中の予め定められたタイプの事象で前記PAP信号をサンプリングするためのトリガ・サンプラを含む、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記周期的な生理学的信号は、各呼吸サイクル中の予め定められたタイプの事象を示す呼吸信号であり、前記システムは、該呼吸信号を感知するために前記PAP信号処理装置に結合された呼吸センサをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記PAP信号処理装置は、気圧を用いて前記PAP信号を調整するように適合される気圧調整モジュールをさらに含み、前記システムは、該気圧を感知するために該気圧調整モジュールに通信結合される気圧計をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記PAP信号処理装置は、前記PAP信号から特定のタイプの外れ値の成分をアルゴリズム的に切取るための切取りモジュールをさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記信号分離モジュールは、
前記PAP信号から気圧信号を分離するための気圧信号分離モジュールと、
該PAP信号から姿勢信号を分離するための姿勢信号分離モジュールと、
該PAP信号から気象信号を分離するための気象信号分離モジュールと、
該PAP信号から高度信号を分離するための高度信号分離モジュールと、
該PAP信号からバルサルバ信号を分離するためのバルサルバ信号分離モジュールと、
該PAP信号からミューラー信号を分離するためのミューラー信号分離モジュールと
のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記植込み型医療装置は、超音波遠隔測定リンクを用いて前記植込み型PAPセンサに通信結合される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記植込み型医療装置は、
1つ以上の治療を提供するための治療提供装置と、
治療回路に結合されるコントローラであって、該コントローラは、前記分離された信号のうちの少なくとも1つを用いて該1つ以上の治療の該提供を制御するように適合されるコントローラと
をさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 植込み型PAPセンサから無線通信リンクを通じて肺動脈圧(PAP)信号を植込み型医療装置によって受信することであって、該植込み型PAPセンサは、肺動脈の中に配置されている、ことと、
姿勢センサから姿勢信号を受信することと、
該植込み型医療装置を用いて、該姿勢信号を用いて該PAP信号を調整することと、

を含む、方法。 - 前記複数の信号を分離することは、前記PAP信号から1つ以上の心臓信号と1つ以上の呼吸信号とを分離することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
