Claims (14)
- トランスポンダと、
前記トランスポンダと電気的に接続されたアンテナであって、第1の材料からなるコアと、前記コア上に設けられ第2の材料からなるコーティングと、を有するコイルを含んでおり、前記第2の材料が前記第1の材料よりも高い導電率または前記第1の材料よりも低い透磁率の少なくとも一方を有し、前記コーティングが所定の厚さを有し、前記第2の材料は複数の金属マイクロ粒子、複数の金属ナノ粒子、またはそれらの混合物からなるアンテナと、を有し、
前記第1の材料はポリマー樹脂または高機能材料である、電子装置。 - 前記第2の材料は前記第1の材料よりも低い透磁率を有している、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記第2の材料は前記第1の材料よりも高い導電率を有している、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記アンテナは螺旋状に複数回巻かれたコイルを有している、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記所定の厚さは前記アンテナを流れる交流電流の表皮深さにほぼ等しい、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- タイヤと、
前記タイヤに取り付けられたトランスポンダと、前記トランスポンダと電気的に接続されたアンテナであって、第1の材料からなるコアと、前記コア上に設けられ第2の材料からなるコーティングと、を有するコイルを含んでおり、前記第2の材料が前記第1の材料よりも高い導電率または前記第1の材料よりも低い透磁率の少なくとも一方を有し、前記コーティングが所定の厚さを有し、前記第2の材料は複数の金属マイクロ粒子、複数の金属ナノ粒子、またはそれらの混合物からなるアンテナと、を有する電子装置と、を有し、
前記第1の材料はポリマー樹脂または高機能材料である、自動車搭載用の装置。 - 前記第2の材料は前記第1の材料よりも低い透磁率を有している、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の材料は前記第1の材料よりも高い導電率を有している、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記アンテナは螺旋状に複数回巻かれたコイルを有している、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記タイヤはサイドウォールを有し、前記トランスポンダは前記サイドウォールに粘着されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記タイヤは空気キャビティを有している、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記トランスポンダは前記空気キャビティに連通して設けられている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の厚さは前記アンテナを流れる交流電流の表皮深さにほぼ等しい、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 電子装置と共に使用されるアンテナの製造方法であって、
第1の材料からなるコアを前記アンテナのほぼ最終的な幾何学的形状に形成するステップと、
前記第1の材料よりも高い導電率または前記第1の材料よりも低い透磁率の少なくとも一方を備えた第2の材料であって複数のマイクロ粒子、複数のナノ粒子、またはそれらの混合物からなる第2の材料からなる所定の厚さのコーティングで前記アンテナの前記コアを被覆するステップと、
を有し、
前記第1の材料はポリマー樹脂または高機能材料である、製造方法。
