Claims (3)
- アルミニウム製の有底筒状の内缶と外缶とを備えたガス缶の製造方法であって、
プレス金型に断面が略円形で、内周面に複数条の溝を形成した雌型を形成し、雌型の底にアルミニウム材のペレットを配置した後、上記雌型の内径よりもやや小さい外径を有する円柱状のパンチを上記雌型内でプレスして上記内缶を成形するとともに、上記溝によって上記内缶の外面に突出したリブの先端を上記外缶の内面に当る程度に形成し、上記内缶を上記外缶の内部に配置するとともに、上記内缶にガスを充填して上記内缶を膨らませ、上記内缶が膨らむ際に上記内缶の上記リブが上記外缶の内面に当たることで上記内缶に凹部を形成したことを特徴とするガス缶の製造方法。 - アルミニウム製の有底筒状の内缶と外缶とを備えたガス缶の製造方法であって、
プレス金型に断面が略円形の雌型を形成し、上記雌型の内径よりもやや小さい外径を有する円柱状のパンチの外周面に複数条の溝を形成し、上記雌型の底にアルミニウム材のペレットを配置した後、上記パンチを上記雌型内でプレスして上記外缶を成形するとともに、上記溝によって上記外缶の内面に突出したリブの先端を上記内缶の外面に当る程度に形成し、上記内缶を上記外缶の内部に配置するとともに、上記内缶にガスを充填して上記内缶を膨らませ、上記内缶が膨らむ際に上記外缶の上記リブが上記内缶の外面に当たることで上記内缶に凹部を形成したことを特徴とするガス缶の製造方法。 - 上記雌型とパンチとの間の隙間と上記溝の溝幅とは略同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のガス缶の製造方法。
