Description
Claims (3)
- 車輪車両を移動させるためのデュアル・モード動力ユニットであって、
前記車両の車輪を回転させることによって電池を充電するために発電機モードで動作する、前記車両上に取り付けられる発電機組立体であり、前記車両がリニア同期モータに応答して移動するときに前記車輪が回転し、前記車両上の磁石アレイが前記車両の外部に位置される三相巻線と相互作用することにより前記リニア同期モータが確立される、発電機組立体と、
前記電池によって動力供給される電気モータを用いて前記車輪を回転させて前記車両を移動させるためにモータ・モードで動作する、前記車両上に取り付けられるモータ組立体と、
前記発電機モードと前記モータ・モードを交替で起動させるための、前記車両上に取り付けられる制御システムと、
伝動装置にして、約10.9対1のギア比を有する、前記車輪と前記電気モータとの間に接続された差動装置と、前記動力ユニットが前記発電機モードで動作される場合にDC電圧で前記電池を再充電するための、及び、前記動力ユニットが前記モータ・モードで動作される場合に前記電気モータを作動させるためにAC電圧を供給するための、前記電気モータと前記電池との間に接続された周波数可変のインバータ−整流器とを有する伝動装置と
を有する、デュアル・モード動力ユニット。 - 前記車両が前記車道に沿って移動するときに磁石アレイと車道の電力セグメント内にある三相巻線との間にリニア同期モータを確立するために磁石アレイを展開形態へと選択的に移動させるための前記制御システムに接続された磁石アレイをさらに有する、請求項1に記載のデュアル・モード動力ユニット。
- 前記磁石アレイが、支持部材と、該支持部材に装架された永久磁石とを有している、請求項2に記載のデュアル・モード動力ユニット。
