Description
(a)コポリエステルエラストマーを、少なくとも50重量%、好ましくは少なくとも60重量%、より好ましくは90重量%超と、
(b)ワックス材料を、少なくとも0.7重量%、好ましくは少なくとも0.8重量%と、
(c)顔料および/または着色剤を、0.01〜2重量%と、
(d)場合により少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤と
を含み、ここで、重量百分率(重量%)は、ポリマー組成物の総重量に対するものである。
(a)コポリエーテルエステルエラストマーを、少なくとも50重量%(好ましくは少なくとも60重量%)含むコポリエステルエラストマーと、
(b)グリース、油、および/またはワックス材料(ワックス材料は、ポリオールおよび脂肪酸のエステル、ポリアミンおよび脂肪酸のアミド、ならびに硬化油、ならびにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される)を、0.5〜5重量%(好ましくは0.7〜4重量%)と、
(c)顔料および/または着色剤を、0.01〜2重量%と、
(d)少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤を、0〜10重量%と

Claims (14)
- 2つの末端部分および前記末端部分の間の細長い部分を含み、前記末端部分の少なくとも一方が、その末端部分の少なくとも一部分を機械的に延伸することにより得られる延伸された末端部分である、延伸されたプラスチック管であって、
前記延伸されたプラスチック管が、ポリマー組成物の総重量に対し、コポリエステルエラストマーを少なくとも50重量%と、グリース、油、および/またはワックス成分を少なくとも0.7重量%とを含む、ポリマー組成物からなる外表面層を少なくとも備えるプラスチック管から得られる、延伸されたプラスチック管。 - 前記成分が、融解温度が少なくとも30℃であるワックス成分である、請求項1に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 融解温度を10℃超えた前記ワックス成分の溶融粘度が、最大で10,000mPa・sである、請求項1または2に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記ワックス成分が、ポリオールおよび脂肪酸のエステル、ポリアミンおよび脂肪酸のアミド、ならびに硬化油からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3に記載のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記グリース、油、および/またはワックス成分が、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量に対し0.7〜5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記コポリエステルエラストマーが、コポリエステル−エステルエラストマー、コポリエーテル−エステルエラストマー、および/またはコポリカーボネート−エステルエラストマーである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、分散した固体添加剤の粒子を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記固体添加剤が、顔料を含む、請求項7に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記顔料が、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量に対し0〜2.0重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項8に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、有機着色剤を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、着色剤および顔料とは異なる、少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 前記さらなる添加剤が、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量に対し0.01〜10重量%の量で存在する、請求項11に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管。
- 2つの末端部分および前記末端部分の間の細長い部分を含み、前記末端部分の少なくとも一方が、その末端部分の少なくとも一部分を機械的に延伸することにより得られる延伸された末端部分である、延伸されたプラスチック管であって、
前記延伸されたプラスチック管が、
(a)コポリエーテルエステルエラストマーを少なくとも50重量%含むコポリエステルエラストマーと、
(b)グリース、油、および/またはワックス材料を0.5〜5重量%と、
(c)顔料および/または着色剤を0.01〜2重量%と、
(d)少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤を0〜10重量%と
からなるポリマー組成物であって、前記ワックス材料が、ポリオールおよび脂肪酸のエステル、ポリアミンおよび脂肪酸のアミド、ならびに硬化油、ならびにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、前記重量百分率(重量%)が、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量に対するものであり、かつ(a)〜(d)の合計が100である、ポリマー組成物からなる外表面層を少なくとも備えるプラスチック管から得られる、延伸されたプラスチック管。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の延伸されたプラスチック管および前記延伸された末端部分に挿入されたホース継手を備える自動車用ブレーキ系統。
