Claims (7)
- ベアリング支持構造体にボルト止めされる型のベアリングキャップであり、前記キャップと前記構造体間にベアリング穴を画成し、前記キャップを前記構造体に固着するためのボルト穴が前記キャップの足部を貫通し且つ前記構造体内に延長し、前記キャップが少なくとも2つ前記足部を有し、各前記足部が前記ベアリング穴の各側部にあり、少なくとも1つの前記ボルト穴が各前記足部に設けられ、前記キャップが焼結粉末金属であり、前記足部内の前記ボルト穴の周囲の各前記足部から突出した一体ボスを有するベアリングキャップにおいて、
各前記ボスは前記ボスの外表面から放射状に伸びる複数のローブを有し、前記ボスの一方は、前記ベアリング穴の縦軸に平行である平面と交差するように、180度離間し且つ前記ベアリングキャップに向いている2つの前記ローブを有し、
前記ボスの他方は、各対のローブが各軸で整合するように、180度離間した各対のローブを備えた2対のローブから成る4つの前記ローブを有することを特徴とするベアリングキャップ。 - 前記ボスとカウンターボア間の締り嵌めで前記ボスを受けるための前記カウンターボア付の穴を有する支持構造体を更に具備し、前記ボスと前記カウンターボア間の締り嵌めが25−300ミクロンの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングキャップ。
- 各ローブは前記ローブが形成されている前記足部を貫通する前記ボルト穴の軸でその頂点を有する10−30度を張ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングキャップ。
- 各ローブが前記ボスの基部から前記ボスの自由端の方向に半径方向で且つ内方向に5−25度からテーパーしていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングキャップ。
- 前記ローブの基部に向かって前記ローブとカウンターボア間の接触幅を減少させる前記ローブに複合半径があることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングキャップ。
- 前記両ボス上の前記ローブが前記ベアリングキャップの横軸と整合されていないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングキャップ。
- 前記対のローブは、前記各ローブの軸が前記ベアリング穴の前記縦軸に対して45度であるように、前記ボス上で指向されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングキャップ。
