Description

Claims (4)
- 特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリについての年齢に対するテーパ入力充電のルックアップテーブルを用いて、該特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリの年齢を決定する方法であって、該方法は、
a)バッテリタイプをコンピュータに入力するステップと、
b)該バッテリに対するテーパ入力充電を測定するステップであって、該測定されたテーパ入力充電は、該バッテリが所定の最大電圧に達した後、入力電流が所定の最小電流に減少するまでの充電のテーパ充電ステップ中における該バッテリへの電流入力の合計値であり、該測定されたテーパ入力充電は、該コンピュータに入力される、ステップと、
c)該測定されたテーパ入力充電を該バッテリの年齢と相関させるために、入力に基づき、テーパ入力充電相関アルゴリズムを実行するステップであって、該入力は、
i)該コンピュータに入力される該バッテリのタイプと、
ii)該バッテリに対する該測定されたテーパ入力充電と
を備えている、ステップと
を包含する、方法。 - 前記テーパ入力充電相関アルゴリズムへの前記入力は、測定されたバッテリ温度をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリについての年齢に対するテーパ入力充電のルックアップテーブルを作成するシステムであって、該システムは、
a)該バッテリに第1の既知数の完全な充電および放電サイクルを受けさせる手段と、
b)該バッテリにわたる電圧が所定の最大電圧に増加するまで、該バッテリを充電する手段と、
c)該バッテリへの入力電流が所定の最小電流に減少するまで、該所定の最大電圧で該バッテリをテーパ充電する手段およびテーパ充電期間を記録する手段と、
d)該テーパ充電期間中の該入力電流で該テーパ充電期間を積分し、その結果を格納する手段であって、該積分の結果は、特定数の年齢における該特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリに対するテーパ入力充電として定義される、手段と、
e)該特定数の年齢における該テーパ入力充電を記録する手段と、
f)該バッテリに対する該第1の既知数および追加の既知数の完全な充電および放電サイクルを用いて、該特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリについての年齢に対するテーパ入力充電の該ルックアップテーブルを作成する手段と
を備えている、システム。 - 特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリについての年齢に対するテーパ入力充電のルックアップテーブルを用いて、該特定のタイプのリチウム硫黄バッテリの年齢を決定するシステムであって、該システムは、
a)バッテリタイプをコンピュータに入力する手段と、
b)該バッテリに対するテーパ入力充電を測定する手段であって、該測定されたテーパ入力充電は、該バッテリが所定の最大電圧に達した後、入力電流が所定の最小電流に減少するまでの充電のテーパ充電ステップ中における該バッテリへの電流入力の合計値である、手段と、
c)該測定されたテーパ入力充電を該コンピュータに入力する手段と、
d)該測定されたテーパ入力充電を該バッテリの年齢と相関させるために、入力に基づき、テーパ入力充電相関アルゴリズムを実行する手段であって、該入力は、
i)該コンピュータに入力される該バッテリのタイプと、
ii)該バッテリの該測定されたテーパ入力充電と
を備えている、手段と
を備えている、システム。
