Claims (10)
- 固定治具(104)を使用してタービンノズル組立体(50)を製造する方法であって、
前記固定治具の長手方向軸線(116)が該固定治具を支持する水平表面(114)とほぼ平行となる、前記固定治具の第1の位置(110)を用意する段階と、
前記固定治具の長手方向軸線(116)が該固定治具を支持する水平表面(114)とほぼ垂直となる、前記固定治具の第2の位置(112)を用意する段階と、
前記固定治具が第1の位置にある時に、前記固定治具上の少なくとも1つの基準面位置設定点(108)に隣接させて前記タービンノズル組立体の少なくとも1つの基準面(70)を位置決めする段階と、
前記固定治具が第1の位置にある時に、前記固定治具に対して前記タービンノズル組立体を結合する段階と、
前記固定治具を前記第2の位置(112)にロックするのを可能にするインデクサ(122)及びインデックスプレート(124)を含むラック・ピニオン装置(120)を用いて、前記第1の位置から、前記タービンノズル組立体の前記固定治具への結合が保たれ該タービンノズル組立体を製造するのを可能にする前記第2の位置(112)に前記固定治具を回転させる段階と、
前記固定治具が第2の位置にある時に、前記タービンノズル組立体に対して製造工程を実行する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの基準面(70)を位置決めする段階が、該少なくとも1つの基準面を前記少なくとも1つの基準面位置設定点(108)と整列させる段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの基準面(70)を含むタービンノズル組立体(50)を製造するのに使用するための組立体(100)であって、
基台(102)と、
前記基台に対して回転するように該基台に回転可能に結合され、少なくとも1つの基準面位置設定点(108)を含み、かつそれに対して前記タービンノズル組立体を結合するのを可能にする第1の位置(110)と前記タービンノズル組立体に対して製造工程を実行するのを可能にする第2の位置(112)との間で前記基台に対して回転可能である固定治具(104)と、
前記タービンノズル組立体に力を加えて、前記少なくとも1つのタービンノズル基準面が前記少なくとも1つの基準面位置設定点と整列するように前記固定治具に対して該タービンノズル組立体を確実に固定するために該固定治具に結合されたクランプ(106)と、
を含み、
前記固定治具(104)が、中心長手方向軸線(116)を含み、
前記基台(102)が、ほぼ水平な表面(114)を含み、
前記中心長手方向軸線が、前記第1の位置(110)において前記ほぼ水平な表面に対してほぼ平行であり、
前記中心長手方向軸線が、前記第2の位置(112)において前記ほぼ水平な表面に対してほぼ垂直である
ことを特徴とする、組立体(100)。 - 前記クランプ(106)が、該クランプを移動させて前記タービンノズル組立体(50)に力を加えるための液圧力、気体圧力及び電力のうちの少なくとも1つの供給源に作動的に接続される、請求項3記載の組立体(100)。
- 前記クランプ(106)が付勢機構を含む、請求項3記載の組立体(100)。
- 前記固定治具(104)及び基台(102)に結合されたアクチュエータ(118)をさらに含み、
前記アクチュエータが、気体圧力、液圧力及び電力の少なくとも1つを用いて前記固定治具を前記第1及び第2の位置(110、112)間で回転させるように構成される、
請求項3記載の組立体(100)。 - 前記アクチュエータ(118)が、ラック・ピニオン装置(120)を含む、請求項6記載の組立体(100)。
- 前記固定治具(104)の第1及び第2の位置(110、112)が、90°の回転角だけ離れている、請求項3記載の組立体(100)。
- 前記ラック・ピニオン装置(120)が、前記固定治具を前記第2の位置(112)にロックするのを可能にするインデクサ(122)及びインデックスプレート(124)を含む、請求項7記載の組立体(100)。
- 前記第1の位置(110)が、前記固定治具(104)に対する前記タービンノズル組立体(50)の位置及び配向の少なくとも1つを検査するのを可能にし、
前記第2の位置(112)が、前記タービンノズル組立体内にスプラインシールスロット(62、64)を機械加工するのを可能にする、
請求項3記載の組立体(100)。
