Description
図2において、下記の形状、寸法を有する開放式脱気装置を用いて実験を行い、給水中の溶存空気、遊離炭酸、残留塩素がどの程度分離除去できるかを確認した。
開放式脱気装置の寸法形状:底面が300mm×600mm長方形状で、高さHが800mmの直方体状のタンク
排気入り口22:断面積が約564mm2(25Aの銅管をタンク天井部に穴を開けて天井部中央に1箇所取り付ける)
吸気管18:外径が28.58mm、肉厚が0.89mm、内断面積が564mm2の銅管
比較として、上記実施例1において、開放式脱気装置の排気管21の出口バルブを閉めて、同様の評価を行った。

Claims (2)
- 密閉型貯湯槽、該密閉型貯湯槽から各給湯栓までの配管である往管、各給湯栓の手前から密閉型貯湯槽までの配管である還管、循環ポンプを有する構成をそなえた循環給湯システムにおいて、循環給湯システムを流通する給水から溶存酸素、遊離炭素、残留塩素を除去するための開放式脱気装置であって、往管および/または還管に設置され、循環給湯システム運転時において、貯水部とその上面に空気溜まり部が存在するタンク、密閉型貯湯槽と連通し、その先端部から密閉型貯湯槽から供給された給水を気泡状態で空気溜まり部へ噴出する給水管、処理された給水をタンクの貯水部から往管に供給する排水管、一端部はタンクの下面近傍から貯水部中を通って上方へ延び、空気溜まり部へ開放されるとともに、他端部はタンク外の大気中へ開放される吸気管、一端部はタンクの空気溜まり部に開放され、他端部はタンク外の大気中へ開放される排気管をそなえ、密閉型貯湯槽からタンク内に供給される加熱された給水は、タンク内の空気溜まり部へ放出されて水蒸気化し、給水中に含まれている溶存酸素、遊離炭素、残留塩素と分離され、水滴となってタンク内の貯水部へ落ち、排水管を通って往管および/または還管に供給されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする開放式脱気装置。
- 前記タンクの排気管からの空気排出量V2(m3/h)と排水管から排出され往管および/または還管に供給される給水の循環量V1(m3/h)の比、V2/V1が0.5〜3.0となるよう制御されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の開放式脱気装置。
