Description
油圧モータと、この油圧モータによって駆動される油圧駆動ファンと、加えられるバルブ制御量に応じて油圧モータに供給される圧油の流量が変化する制御バルブとが備えられ、指令ファン回転数が、油圧駆動ファンの目標ファン回転数とフィードバック量との制御偏差に対して少なくとも比例動作および積分動作するように、フィードバック制御するようにした油圧駆動ファンの制御装置において、
目標バルブ制御量と実際のバルブ制御量との差が所定のしきい値以上になっている間は、積分項を省いて指令ファン回転数を算出する第1の指令値算出手段と、
目標バルブ制御量と実際のバルブ制御量との差が所定のしきい値より小さくなっている間は、比例項に積分項を付加して指令ファン回転数を算出する第2の指令値算出手段と、
算出された指令ファン回転数に基づき制御バルブの目標バルブ制御量を算出する目標バルブ制御量算出手段と、
制御バルブが目標バルブ制御量に到達するように制御バルブにバルブ制御量を出力する制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする。
油圧モータと、この油圧モータによって駆動される油圧駆動ファンと、加えられるバルブ制御量に応じて油圧モータに供給される圧油の流量が変化する制御バルブとが備えられ、指令ファン回転数が、油圧駆動ファンの目標ファン回転数とフィードバック量との制御偏差に対して少なくとも比例動作および積分動作するように、フィードバック制御するようにした油圧駆動ファンの制御装置において、
指令ファン回転数に基づき制御バルブの目標バルブ制御量を算出する目標バルブ制御量算出手段と、
制御バルブが目標バルブ制御量に向けて所定の単位時間当り所定の変化量をもって徐々に到達するように制御バルブにバルブ制御量を出力する制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする。
制御手段は、
制御バルブが目標バルブ制御量に向けて所定の単位時間当り所定の変化量をもって徐々に到達するように制御バルブにバルブ制御量を出力する
ものであることを特徴とする。
なお、本特許請求の範囲における「積分項を省いて」は、上述した「積分項Ki・∫εを更新することなく固定値とし、ほぼ比例項Kp・εのみで指令ファン回転数Nfを算出する」概念を含むものとする。
なお、上記(1)、(2)式において、Kpは比例ゲイン(固定値)であり、Kiは積分ゲイン(固定値)である。
目標ポンプ容量算出部39は、上記関係に基づき、目標モータ流量Qを、エンジン回転数neを用いて、油圧ポンプ3の目標ポンプ容量qに変換する演算を行う。
目標バルブ制御量Pfと実際のバルブ制御量P(t-1)との差ΔPが所定のしきい値A以上と判断した場合には、積分停止要求指令を、ファン回転PI制御部37に対して出力する。これに対して、目標バルブ制御量Pfと実際のバルブ制御量P(t-1)との差ΔPが所定のしきい値Aより小さいと判断した場合には、積分停止解除指令を、ファン回転PI制御部37に対して出力する。
なお、1サイクル毎に時間tが単位時間1だけ進むものとし、P(t-1)を実際のバルブ制御量(前回のバルブ制御量)とし、P(t)を今回のバルブ制御量とする。ΔPcは、1サイクル当りに油圧ポンプ1の斜板1aが変化する量に対応しており、予め定められた固定値である。

積分有効フラグがオンになっている場合には(ステップ105の判断YES)、ファン回転PI制御部37の第2の指令値算出手段32は、次式(2)に示すように、偏差比例項Kp・εに偏差積分項Ki・∫εを加算して(ステップ106)、指令ファン回転数Nfを算出する。
(ステップ107)
つぎに、目標バルブ制御量算出手段33(目標モータ流量算出部38、目標ポンプ容量算出部39、バルブ制御量算出部40)は、上述のファン回転PI制御部37で算出された指令ファン回転数Nfに基づき、エンジン回転数センサ5aで検出されたエンジン回転数neを用いて、制御バルブ2の目標バルブ制御量Pfを算出する(ステップ108)。

この判断の結果、目標バルブ制御量Pfと実際のバルブ制御量P(t-1)との差ΔPが所定のしきい値A以上と判断した場合には(ステップ110の判断NO)、積分停止要求指令を、ファン回転PI制御部37に対して出力して、積分有効フラグをオフにする(ステップ111)。

つぎに、本実施例の効果について図6を用いて説明する。

この判断の結果、目標ファン回転数Ntと実際のファン回転数Ndとの差の絶対値ΔNが所定のしきい値A´以上と判断した場合には(ステップ1110の判断NO)、積分停止要求指令を、ファン回転PI制御部37に対して出力して、積分有効フラグをオフにする(ステップ111)。

を算出する。到達サイクル数Ctとは、ステップ113で(3)式(P(t)=P(t-1)+ΔPc)にしたがい1サイクル当り所定変化量ΔPcづつ制御バルブ2のバルブ制御量P(t)を変化させる制御を行なった場合に、あと何サイクルで目標バルブ制御量Pfに到達するかを示すサイクル数のことである(ステップ2109)。
(ステップ2110)
この判断の結果、到達サイクル数Ctが所定のしきい値0より大きいと判断した場合には(ステップ2110の判断NO)、積分停止要求指令を、ファン回転PI制御部37に対して出力して、積分有効フラグをオフにする(ステップ111)。

により到達サイクル数Ctが−1減算され、到達サイクル数Ctが更新されて(ステップ2114)、制御手段34は、上記(3)式(P(t)=P(t-1)+ΔPc)に従い、目標バルブ制御量Pfに向けて所定の単位時間(1サイクル)当り所定の変化量ΔPcをもって徐々に到達するように制御バルブ2にバルブ制御量P(t)を出力する(ステップ113)。

- 油圧モータと、この油圧モータによって駆動される油圧駆動ファンと、加えられるバルブ制御量に応じて油圧モータに供給される圧油の流量が変化する制御バルブとが備えられ、指令ファン回転数が、油圧駆動ファンの目標ファン回転数とフィードバック量との制御偏差に対して少なくとも比例動作および積分動作するように、フィードバック制御するようにした油圧駆動ファンの制御装置において、
目標バルブ制御量と実際のバルブ制御量との差が所定のしきい値以上になっている間は、積分項を省いて指令ファン回転数を算出する第1の指令値算出手段と、
目標バルブ制御量と実際のバルブ制御量との差が所定のしきい値より小さくなっている間は、比例項に積分項を付加して指令ファン回転数を算出する第2の指令値算出手段と、
算出された指令ファン回転数に基づき制御バルブの目標バルブ制御量を算出する目標バルブ制御量算出手段と、
制御バルブが目標バルブ制御量に到達するように制御バルブにバルブ制御量を出力する制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする油圧駆動ファンの制御装置。 - 油圧モータと、この油圧モータによって駆動される油圧駆動ファンと、加えられるバルブ制御量に応じて油圧モータに供給される圧油の流量が変化する制御バルブとが備えられ、指令ファン回転数が、油圧駆動ファンの目標ファン回転数とフィードバック量との制御偏差に対して少なくとも比例動作および積分動作するように、フィードバック制御するようにした油圧駆動ファンの制御装置において、
