Description
Claims (24)
- 超音波により励起可能かつ埋込可能な保護されたパッシプ共振センサであって、
測定環境内において物理変数の関数として変化する共振周波数を有する少なくとも1つの振動可能部材を各々が有するような1つ若しくは複数の共振センサユニットであって、該パッシプ共振センサが測定環境内に埋め込まれたときに、前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材は、外部から前記1つ若しくは複数の共振センサユニットに向けられた超音波ビームによって励起され、かつ前記測定環境の外部に配置された超音波検出器によって検出される戻り超音波信号を発する、1つ若しくは複数の共振センサユニットと、
前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材を保護するため、前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットの前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材に接する少なくとも1つのゲル体とを含むことを特徴とする保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのゲル体が、合成ゲル、天然ゲル、ヒドロゲル、脂質ゲル、疎水性ゲル、親水性ゲル、生物適合性ゲル、血液適合性ゲル、ポリマーベースのゲル、架橋ポリマーベースのゲル、及びその組合せから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのゲル体が、前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットの前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材に付着された少なくとも1つの薄いゲルの層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットが、
単一の振動可能な膜を有する少なくとも1つのパッシブ超音波圧力センサと、
複数の振動可能な膜を有する少なくとも1つのパッシブ超音波圧力センサとから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。 - 前記保護センサの表面の少なくとも一部が、改質表面特性を有する改質表面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記改質表面特性が、物理的表面特性、化学的表面特性、電気化学的表面特性、生物学的表面特性、細胞または組織の堆積に対する表面抵抗、流体力学的表面特性、及びその任意の組合せから選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記改質表面が、前記少なくとも1つのゲル体の表面であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのゲル体が、少なくとも1つの放出可能物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放出可能物質が、タンパク質、ペプチド、薬剤、治療薬、多糖類、脂質、糖脂質、リポタンパク質、糖タンパク質、プロテオグリカン、細胞外マトリクス成分、核酸、ポリヌクレオチド、RNA、DNA、アンチセンス核酸配列、受容体、酵素、抗体、抗原、酵素阻害剤、細胞増殖阻害剤、成長調整因子、成長阻害因子、成長促進因子、凝固阻止薬、抗凝固剤、腫瘍阻害薬、腫瘍阻害因子、腫瘍抑制剤、抗癌剤、及びその任意の組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのゲル体が、あるゲルを含み、前記ゲルが該ゲル中への1若しくは複数の物質の拡散を遅延または低減させることができる組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのゲル体が、前記1若しくは複数の前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材上への1若しくは複数の物質の堆積を遅延または低減させることができる組成を有するゲルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。
- 少なくとも1つの共振センサユニットを含むパッシプ保護センサであって、
各々の前記センサユニットは、基体と、少なくとも1つの振動可能部材と、前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材の各々及び前記基体の間の、センサユニットチャンバーを形成する凹部とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの共振センサユニットの各センサユニットの各々が、測定環境において物理変数の関数として変化する共振周波数を有する前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材を有し、自身に付着し接触するゲルによって保護されることを特徴とする保護されたパッシプ共振センサ。 - 1若しくは複数の振動可能部材を有する1つ若しくは複数の共振センサを備える、超音波により励起可能かつ埋込可能な保護されたパッシプ共振センサを保護する方法であって、
前記1つ若しくは複数の振動可能部材を保護するため、ゲル体を前記センサユニットに付着させて、前記センサユニットの前記1若しくは複数の振動可能部材をゲルに接しかつゲルで被覆する付着過程を含み、
前記1若しくは複数の振動可能部材は、測定環境内において物理変数の関数として変化する共振周波数を有し、前記1つ若しくは複数の共振センサに向けられた超音波ビームによって励起され、かつ前記パッシプ共振センサが埋め込まれた測定環境の外部に配置された超音波検出器によって検出される戻り超音波信号を発することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記付着過程が、前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットの振動可能部材全てを前記ゲルで被覆する過程を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記付着過程が、
少なくとも1つのゲル前駆物質を含む液体を適用し、前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットの少なくとも振動可能部材全てを前記液体で被覆する過程と、
前記少なくとも1つのゲル体を前記液体から生じさせるようにする過程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記付着過程が、
前記少なくとも1つのゲル体内に前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットを埋め込む過程を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 超音波により励起可能かつ埋込可能な保護されたパッシプ共振センサを作製する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの振動可能部材と基体との間に凹部を形成するように、前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材を前記基体に取り付けることによって、少なくとも1つのセンサユニットチャンバーを各々有する1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットを形成する過程と、
前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材を保護するため、前記ゲル体が前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材に接するように前記1若しくは複数の共振センサユニットに少なくとも1つのゲル体を付着させる過程とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの振動可能部材は、測定環境内において物理変数の関数として変化する共振周波数を有し、該パッシプ共振センサが前記測定環境内に埋め込まれたときに、外部から前記1つ若しくは複数の共振センサユニットに向けられた超音波ビームによって励起され、かつ前記測定環境の外部に配置された超音波検出器によって検出される戻り超音波信号を発することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記保護センサの前記少なくとも一部の表面特性を改質するために前記保護センサの表面の少なくとも一部を処理する過程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記処理過程が、前記少なくとも1つのゲル体上で実行され、前記ゲルの表面特性を変えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記表面特性が、物理的表面特性、化学的表面特性、電気化学的表面特性、生物学的表面特性、細胞または組織の堆積に対する表面抵抗、流体力学的表面特性、及びその任意の組合せから選択されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのゲル体に少なくとも1つの放出可能物質を組み入れる過程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放出可能物質が、タンパク質、ペプチド、薬剤、治療薬、多糖類、脂質、糖脂質、リポタンパク質、糖タンパク質、プロテオグリカン、細胞外マトリクス成分、核酸、ポリヌクレオチド、RNA、DNA、アンチセンス核酸配列、受容体、酵素、抗体、抗原、酵素阻害剤、細胞増殖阻害剤、成長調整因子、成長阻害因子、成長促進因子、凝固阻止薬、抗凝固剤、腫瘍阻害薬、腫瘍阻害因子、腫瘍抑制剤、抗癌剤、及びその任意の組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記組み入れ過程が、前記保護センサにおいて前記ゲルを配置する前に前記少なくとも1つの放出可能物質を前記ゲルに加える過程を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記組み入れ過程が、前記保護センサにおいて前記ゲルを配置した後に前記少なくとも1つの放出可能物質を前記ゲルに導入する過程を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
